Veal medallions in fine sauce with mushrooms. Side dish butter potatoes.
Veal medallions like from the best restaurants. Meat in fine sauce and mushrooms that melts in your mouth. A lunch that we recommend to everyone.
WE WILL NEED:
🥩 Veal fillet or thigh
🥩 potatoes
🥩 onion
🥩 mushrooms
🥩 mustard
🥩 butter
🥩 white onion
🥩 spices: salt, pepper, vegetables, paprika
AND THE RECIPE IS:
🥩 Cut the veal to a thickness of 1.5 cm and clean it of fat. We will take salt and pepper and season the meat.
🥩 Boil potatoes
🥩 Fry the onion in a pan for 5 minutes, just enough to crystallize, and set aside
🥩 Roll the lower side of the medallion in meat and fry on high heat for 10 minutes
🥩 Add 1 tablespoon of mustard and only 50 ml of beef stock or water. Mix and leave for 5 minutes in a covered pan. We also add fried onions and 1 clove of garlic
