I haven't tried it with anything other than powdered sugar, but it might work! I think there is a monk fruit sweetener that is "powdered". That would be your best bet. Thanks!

You can make powder sugar by just blending regular white sugar

Would it be okay if I only have one big round tin, so I pour the batter all into the one bigger round tin then cut it in half later when it's cooled to ice? Will it still cook if its all in one tin and would cutting it jn half instead work?
