Comfort Classics was such an eye opening experience for me! I was a new, & to be honest, a struggling vegan until I got this!! A whole new world opened up for me Lol. Hey Lauren! Love the recipe! Do you have a recommendation for hot chili oils? I know you can make them from scratch, but I see you're using a jar (and that's what I'd prefer too =) ). Are they all pretty equal, or is there a stand-out for you? Best.

I`m thinking of prepping this for postpartum; Pre-birth: prep the broth and freeze is - prep tare and keep it in fridge // post-birth: just prep and roast (passivly) vegetables and fresh vegetables and assemble. right? should work, what do you think?
