What an amazing experience 😊 the campfire looked so fun and amazing looking down into the volcano and seeing all that steam. The sunset and sunrise both looked fab. Certainly an unforgettable adventure.

What a great adventure. This is pretty demanding hike but it offers breathtaking views of Nicaragua’s countryside. Watching the sunset from the summit is a magical experience.

That was a fantastic hike, Matt. $65 USD? That's a bargain. I love that you all went up at night and were able to see the magma. It does make you wonder when it will blow if they are moving the fence line back 20ft. It was worth the 4 1/2hr hike each way. One question, Matt. Did you plan all this before you left Blighty, or when you are in country, do you look up 'things to do' the week before you land so to speak. Irregardless, a great video. I missed this one for some reason, so I'm having a 'morning with Matt' to catch up on your adventures. I hope you had a great Christmas and no doubt face timed those you love. Where are you for New Year? We will be passing through the Panama Canal in May. Which side do I wave at? You are definitely living your best life. I do envy you, just a bit, well, ok, a lot. Yolo. Nice looking camp site with a great view of the volcano. So the volcano is eroding? Great place to check out the sunset. Magical up there! 👍

Hi Matt, what an exciting adventure! I've just watched La Palma on Netflix. It's about a Norwegian family enjoying a holiday on the island when the live volcano shows signs of an imminent eruption ...!!! I'm guessing you haven't watched it yet! 😅The scenery was amazingly beautiful. The guide and the group seemed nice and friendly. @Luiginc81 haha well it depends on the country but usually when the US is having summer/fall. It's better to come during US winter/spring mostly. You also avoid hurricane season that way 😅
