Living in the UK reminds me of living in Germany. Angry people everywhere. Where nothing seems to work except high taxes.

The UK mentality is about protecting its image as former colonisers and oppressors. The system doesn't care about its people. I would leave in a minute if l had the money.

Glad you're back, Matt! 😅 You disappeared from the face of the earth (well, from You Tube!) We were worried for you. What happened? Aw, those puppies were adorable. How rude that not one of those people said thank you when you stepped aside for them. That sort of thing really makes me angry. They deserved the finger! 😂 There were some fabulous views from the trail. The volcanic landscape was stunning. The trail through the forest had a lot of character. Nice food too 😋Thanks for another brilliant vlog ❤ Take care.

Fascinating wee trek Matt. Yeah, my dad used to take me and my brother hiking in the Peak District and I do remember visiting Ned Ludd's church. Just because you've paid for a guide it doesn't mean you have to be rude and disrespectful. I would have shouted 'You're welcome' and watched for the reaction. Thanks for pointing out the locations from your other videos, gives a good idea of the scale of the place. Happy travels Matt 🙋♂🐶

What a great video Matt, you can see the humidity there, a great place for hiking without a doubt. The fumaroles, is a kind of hole where gases and smoke must escape, fumarola has its origin in the Italian language. Fumo in spanish humo. It is a term that later became Hispanicized, but clearly comes from Latin and then from the Italian language. Have a great week my friend😃😃😃

Nice one Matt. It would be just my luck to miss the bus that way too. But at least through walking it you got to see more of the flowers and trees. I love hiking through cloud. It is a bit moist. At least with the rain it would be warm rather than our rain. I remember standing out in rain in Hawaii. You were dried off within 20 minutes. Yeah, some people just don't give a sh1t do they. Thanks for sharing Matt.
@no_soy_rubio12 күн бұрын
Easily done, but in hindsight I was glad to hike up, save money and get a workout in the process! Yep, I went from drenched to dry very quickly 😅 I think people are just in sheep mode when they're following a guide around like that, if the person in front had said thanks I think everyone else would. Never mind 😅

I would have gone for the budget option too. The place is beautiful. Never been to Mombacho. Last time I visited Nicaragua was in 1994. I loved your singing at the beginning. Great rendition of the Fleetwood Mac classic. You did a good walk. Love the tunnel. I love your energy. How was the ice coffee?

Always easier hiking down than up, well if the old knees can handle it. Pity about just missing the bus as it would have saved that moisture laiden climb. Never mind I'm sure you cooled off at the rotten eggs viewpoint. Quite the view. I've never been to Luds Church but keep meaning to go! Nice the trail was marked, well kind of. Better marked than most of the Scottish mountains anyway. Nice way to work up a beer thirst 👍

Lovely views mate but that’s a shame about the other two being guided only as well as the other volcano being closed off to people. When you mentioned the smell though my first thought was being in Florida and drinking their water 😂 Bet you were glad that your arms are well insulated with that change in temperature 😂😂 Doesn’t surprise me that you didn’t get a thanks as some holidaymakers can be right cunts sometimes And nowt wrong with being weird, better than being a boring shit ❤

“You can go your own way”, reckon that means following a sketchy route on AllTrails! Good signage for the volcano. A volcano playlist featuring soon I reckon. Darn it not three at once, one every two hours. 20 bucks well saved. Cold? I was out in -11 and 85MPH winds today before watching this, this looks positively balmy! Route of the Crater, good pick! Great view stations. Pretty inactive volcano im guessing, life is all around! Definitely better without the guide! Sulphuric scent, happy to not smell that! The whole area is coming together, great job Matt. Great trail and info 👍
@wanderbeard12 күн бұрын
$20 doesn't seem so bad for the ride to the top, and then walk the trail and then back down the hill afterwards (even though it would be included in the price). Looks like an amazing place for sure! Definitely don't need a guide though, that always seems over the top to me. Not a zero thank you absolutely deserves a middle fingered salute!
@no_soy_rubio11 күн бұрын
With the trail being almost a 45° angle it wasn't that enjoyable on the way down either 😅 yeah, I think the guides are just another way to make a few more $
@wanderbeard11 күн бұрын
@@no_soy_rubio That angle would be hard on the back going up and hard on the knees going back down. But at least gravity is working with you at that point. 😂

Shame you missed out on the bus to the top, but probably worked out for the best in the end to earn that view at the top. That was one very narrow path! 😮Agree with your sentiment always prefer doing stuff without guide wherever possible - so that you have more freedom! Shame you couldn't get close to the crater - would have been insane to see all that lava.
