Make sure that you don't need LS4 materials for the legendary accessory "Vision". Because if you wanna craft it, farming the materials is a pain imho. Also, if you can exchange Ice from the IBS strikes into LS4 materials - mistborn motes are most effective, as consuming them gives more magic.

Tip for those trying to get all or most kill credits.. Playing a group boon-providing build (easy example is herald) is.. I'd say the best way to get most if not all of the kill credits (that means more xp which means more spirit shards, volatile magic, random drops, karma & volatile magic to go with it)

Dont wanna give you the wrong info, but I think it depends on the current market price, best to do your own research. In general, its a profit, but take this with a grain of salt

Check GW2 Efficiency. Last time I looked (many months ago, so it might have changed) crystalline dust was the only material it was not profitable turning into T6.

Your other option, of course, is to farm eternal ice shards from Dragonstorm, Drakkar and Bjora Marches map and convert that eternal ice into LS4 materials. If you park ALTs by some of the large chests in Bjora Marches you can basically passively farm eternal ice shards. For the person looking for all options available, another option is go to one of the home cities just before server reset and see if you can get access to someone's full home instance. A full home has one node of every LS4 material and you can harvest them all, along with a lot of other materials. There is almost always people offering access to a full home (for free), and this will also get you LS4 materials.

No way. This doesn't actually work. I pay a gold for a chest, plus volatile magic cost and I get back 30 silver worth of sale material. maybe this worked when the video came out but prices have changed.

It does work as of today, pay one gold get roughly 2-3 back per chest if you sell correctly.

Yep. Looking today, the sell prices does not surpass the investment.
