One thing you missed out on adept, is always seek to fight better players; players that are better than you, because realistically when you fight players like that they punish you for every little mistake you do. This is great for when trying to improve, because you start to riddle out your flaws; getting rid of bad habits… Thus Always adapting

believing in yourself is such an overlooked tip ngl, keeping up a good mental will allow you to focus up and be less prone to mistakes so the moment you start to doubt yourself you make worser decisions, ive had so many ppl fight me in chime where theyd almost beat me the first time, then go in the 2nd one saying "gg" and doing significantly worse cause they expected to lose when the previous fight was a lot closer than they thought

former top 50 current top 100 approved im gonna put you guys into more info so you guys can become a better player HEAVY on what adept said about having a better mindset to improve, when i was climbing i was 3 elo away from grandmaster and i lost ONE match and ended up going on a rage queue and ended up being like rank 200, if anything i recommend you to just think positively and don’t let things get to you and focus on improving, let the ego go (sometimes) another thing that I personally do is whenever i fail parry, i focus less on parrying m1s cause of the fail parry guarantees TWO m1s to be landed and to stop potential combos FOCUS up and look for random parry windows and i personally instantly throw something out cause finding random parry windows is completely unexpected and they WILL be too focused on the combo. Mindset is so true, I go from a good climb(positive moving up), lose a match to a probably some bs, end up getting queued with same bum again, do your best and lose again, get angry, proceed to get drowned multiple times in session while screaming abt the game being unfair, what I’d suggest is milestones, let’s say ur starting from 800, aim for 100 a day

Seems i've been lacking on motivation to play since the friends i had almost never play with me, and made my skill worsened than it is already, gotta admit i went to chime on autopilot due i feel the builds i do arent strong, or they're bad, this video made myself rethink on what i have been lacking not being calm, having thoughts of wiping every slot since they aren't good (and also not keeping a good mental state), and running towards bad pvp habits seems to be my main problem, i have work to do i guess

the only thing i need to know/master in Deep is feinting. Ik how to mantra feint very well, but idk when to m1 feint and when to m1 feint into mantra (when u press m1 and use a mantra at the same time) cuz i'm high ping due to being brazillian (usually 180ms+, 160 in good servers and 150 late night).
