It's been awhile since I've heard "flow state". It's so important and we often forget about it. As humans we often make mistakes and this state of mind brings us our peak efficiency & focus on what we know. Thank you for the video.

I think, that THIS is the step i was missing for climbing. Thanks

oh my god, this just made so much click for me. I keep getting frustrated with improvement because it feels like as soon as I focus on practicing a new skill or concept, I immediately start to lose more instead of win more. It's always felt so counterintuitive, but this absolutely makes sense. Thank you! I am way too hard on myself if I can't immediately implement a new skill while simultaneously keeping up the rest of my play to its usual level, and I think this will help a lot with improving that mindset. :)

I definitely think there's merit to still be aware of autopiloting... In my mind that and a flow state are similar, but very different. In a flow state you're playing at a very high level and capable of taking in information because you're fully in the moment. When you're autopiloting your brain has disconnected to the point that you're just kinda mindlessly clicking around following whatever happens to appear on your screen (or similar concepts) and you are no longer processing information in a useful way, even subconsciously. Autopilot is fairly easy to avoid, thankfully. If you can identify that you are zoned out, you can then figure out why and address that problem (tiredness, hunger, tilt, boredom, distractions, etc.).

how much do you think would it take to move on to the next thing to learn? 2 - 3 weeks if you play every game? Or does it depend on what you're learning

How would I implement this sort of training as a jungler? What examples should I use? Clearing camps? Gank timings?
@carryboo68367 ай бұрын
U can implement it by using ur sweeper in the places u know wards are usually, u look at what hp you can kite camp that will allow your monster to finish it, u have to think about where the ennemy jungler go , if u see him go through mid lane to top, uknow he will be top side but he might be going to your raptors or trying to get the neutral objs , look at ppl body langua it says a lot abt their pathing.. if u come for a gank and at the moment u come near to the bush ennemy laners starts to play safe uknow u sit on a ward
@carryboo68367 ай бұрын
Most of the time i would tell you to full clear top to bot side bcuz most ppl in low elo get bot leash , so they will be pathing top while you go bot, u may get 2 kills from bot side and u have a free scuttle

Do you have any videos on closing games out? I feel macro gets very scattered once laning is over and random fights just seem to occur...

Just take Baron? Depending on map control and team comp you either split after or push together

Heya at the moment I don't have plans for another, but in the future I'd like to start up more regular classes instead Of the 1 off bootcamp so look out for that in the coming months!

I feel like riot has more control over my rank with things like autofill than i do with any "skill". League for the normal player seems more and more like time sink scam.
@lukasausen9 ай бұрын
if you cant climb because of "autofill" then youre probably at your elo level mate, i dont know what elo youre at, but if youre anything bellow master then its defintly climbable, even if you play 1 game a day you can easilly get emerald, youll be playing 300+ games a year, wich most dont, 1 game 1 replay, 1 replay 1 new thing learned, no judging others, the only one you can judge the actions are yourself, what could be done by yourself, what if you pinged 30 seconds earlier, WHAT HAPPENED 30 seconds BEFORE that awlfull play someone did, could you have pinged 30 seconds before to prevent it?, could you read the game properly so you werent ganked? and so on, soloQ is massevelly a mental game, if you keep your mental stable you will climb fast, if youre inconsistent because "your team trolls" or someone is "autofill" then definitly league ranked is not for you mate, get another game where you can get some fun from because these kind of frustrations are bad for anyone mental health.

@@lukasausen Sure, no matter what I could say the answer is always just "get good". Play 100s of frustrating games this season and protagonist your way up to plat or where ever. That's what they want.

@@tcgfox5455 man, if youre frustated with league, then just stop, its a game meant to have fun, think of it as being a soccer player, its not for everybody, but ANYONE can be a ok soccer player, just need time and dedication, so what if theres asholes who will make fun of your body, or people who are going to make your day bad and try to F you up, if you get in the fiel, train and get out youre going to improve, just need to keep your mental and your game, same for league, if youre not having fun, just stop man, your mental health is paramount, but if youre so willingly wanting that elo, you NEED to have good mental, and stop blaming the world around you, YEAH some times theres things we cant do or cant fix, as are some games unwinable, what you need is to keep your mental in check, not get affected by it and keep going, i myself am emerald 4 right now, im in medschool so i cant play a lot but when i play i maximize my efficiency in the game, theres weeks i lose a lot, weeks i win, but on everage i get 55% to 60% WR, because i only play ranked when i had a good night sleep and am feelling well to do so, emotional knoledge is a paramount skill to be able to climb a competitive ladder, so is for any competition, if you cant emotionally handle it, its fine bro, no one is forced to play competitive, have some time for yourself and when youre feeling fine come back, you will see that by just doing that you will improve drastically, being good is needed to climb, but you also need consistency and emotional balance.
@YUR0ii9 ай бұрын
if you dont enjoy getting good you dont have to clearly there are people who can consistently get high ranks (just search "unranked to master"), you dont have to go through the pain of becoming one if you dont want to youre allowed to just play for fun or even not play at all, nobody is making you play league of legends solo queue lying to yourself about autofill or whatever else is all the misery of the improvement process without any of the rewards
@darkwolfyy67989 ай бұрын
Nobody is making you play league, you get to choose what you want to do. Play, rank up, let your team hold you back? It's all up to you.@@tcgfox5455

This is not the correct explination of flow state. If you are unengaged and "Auto piloting" you are not in flow state you have fallen short
