Another great video guys. I Have a couple concerns though. What about the studies that show enclomiphene lowering IGF-1 and increasing SHBG. Will that effect muscle gain and cause a loss of free test and libido?

While a study showed that IGF-1 levels decreased in enclomiphene users, the scientists concluded that the IGF "levels remained within the normal physiological ranges. We are uncertain as to the significance of this observation," given they did not measure the more relevant markers of HGH and IGF-binding proteins. We've done our own internal testing and also have found that IGF-1 stays within the normal range as well, given we use lower dosages of enclomiphene than in trials. Thus, given that IGF-1 is remaining within normal levels, it doesn't mean that this has a meaningfully negative effect on health. In fact, other scientists argue that lower IGF-1 has anti-aging & anti-cancer benefits that potentially increase longevity, Thus, we share the scientists’ opinion that this finding is not of concern, especially in comparison to the clear benefits of increased testosterone. www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4155868/ cancerres.aacrjournals.org/content/73/8_Supplement/1326

I;m taking 15mg and feeling some slight join pain but I just added some omega 3s and magnesium. I also have DHEA. ANything else you would stack to either a maximize total T or B to aid in joint pain. Depends on the unit of measure. 5:1 if comparing ng/dl to pg/mL, 50:1 if comparing ng/dl to ng/dl.

What's the standard enclomiphene dosage for trt?

Enclomiphene is not TRT (Testosterone Replacement Therapy). TRT is when you inject testosterone or have it absorbed through a gel and usually for men over 50 years old. TRT shuts down your testies, you become infertile and dependent on taking the injections or gel for the rest of your life. Enlomiphene stimulates your natural production of Testosterone safely and effectively without any of those side effects. @@bgoodorhell4u That is for you and your doctor to decide. With TRT, there comes all of the side effects such as dependence (have to do this for the rest of your life), Infertility, higher estrogen levels, higher risk of gynecomastia, etc. So, TRT is only recommended for men whose testes do not work properly (primary hypogonadism) and need TRT in order to have testosterone in their bodies. If your body can still produce testosterone but your levels are not optimal, then enclomiphene is the safer option and has far fewer risks compared to TRT. Any responsible doctor would try to stimulate your own natural production of testosterone, like the Maximus king protocol, before ever considering the alternative TRT. TRT should always be considered your "Last resort" if nothing else has worked.
