As an unrelated anecdotal side effect relating to DHT.. any time I’ve had elevated DHT it has consistently improved penis growth gains from using a pump lol. There is no hepatoxicity side effect, the FDA wouldn’t have approved three oral testosterone otherwise Liver enzymes are monitored anyway so you don’t need to take anyone’s word for it.

Like every method there are pros and cons. It was mentioned in the video, but even with much of it going through the lymphatic system there's going to be a lot of DHT conversion. Yeah you can work around that with dutasteride but that brings its own set of problems. I'm hoping some day there's a discovery that effectively works around this. It's the same downside of transdermal applications.

We see less DHT with our native testosterone than you have with oral testosterone undecanoate products. Still, DHT is contributing significantly to the symptomatic benefits of TRT, contributing to mood, energy, cognition, confidence, libido, and erectile function. If you're worried about effects on the prostate, those concerns are unfounded - we understand now that the prostate exerts local control of DHT levels and serum testosterone and DHT exert no further effect past a low threshold level (this is known as the saturation model).

Native testosterone is the same as your body produces, so it's more natural than a testosterone ester like undecanoate (TU). Our patients preferred it to TU in our trial, since it's a solid tablet that is more heat stable you can break in half (vs. a gel capsule that can cause GI distress). Excellent efficacy, and doesn't require as much fat for bioavailability.

How do you explain your claim of no ocular side effects with enclomiphene when several other studies do show adverse ocular side effects with enclomiphene use?

In published clinical trials on enclomiphene, adverse ocular effects were only observed with higher dosages, and the overall prevalence was less than placebo, which suggests enclomiphene itself is unlikely to be causing the effect (e.g. 3 out of 4 people already have floaters, but don’t notice them until they become hyper vigilant from reading online forums). In our own clinical trial of 1250 patients, only 1 reported ocular effects, which was confounded by prior use of Clomid (clomiphene). Most of the warnings you read online are from people taking fake enclomiphene that is actually Clomid, which has an estrogen agonist component with known ocular effects (zuclomiphene). In short, ocular effects are rare, often due to placebo and other factors, and reversible upon reducing the dosage or discontinuation. Overall, enclomiphene in appropriate dosages and supervised medically is safe and effective for long-term use.

I had actually begun enclomiphene through maximus recently, but when I saw that there were potential ocular side effects with enclomiphene, I discontinued it. I'd love to have even better energy and strength, but my symptoms and T numbers aren't too bad. I definitely don't want to create one problem (with side effects) while trying to solve another problem if I don't really have to. What dose of enclomiphene does your protocol use, and what dose is associated with the ocular issues? Also, it's interesting that your oral T doesn't go through the liver, so no liver problems. Is there any potential for T to cause problems in the lymphatic system over time? Have there been any studies done on that? Forgive my questions. I'm not trying to trash your work. I am skeptical of bro science on online forums, and I'm skeptical of claims by and even studies funded by folks with a financial interest in the outcome of the trial as well. I'd love to feel confident enough in this therapy to use it. I just want to ask questions before consuming medication.

I actually started enclomiphene therapy through Maximus recently, but I discontinued after I saw info about vision side effects. I had no problems in the couple of weeks that I took it though. I'm interested in the potential benefits of this oral combo therapy, as long as there are no adverse side effects. It sounds like the dosage of enclomiphene in this combo therapy would be lower than it would be when taking enclo alone. Is that correct? What dosage of enclomiphene is associated with ocular problems? Also, have there been any studies on whether testosterone causes any problems over time in the lymphatic system when administered this way?

@@Guitdolin The doses in clinical trials, where enclomiphene caused FEWER visual disturbances than placebo, where 12.5 and 25 mg. We don't use any higher than 6.25 mg in combination with oral TRT.
