I know I’m commenting on an older video, but honestly, it took me almost three years to finally pin down my issue. Yes, diet and lack of exercise was a big part of it, but getting on testosterone was the best choice I’ve made in a long time. Not just for me, but for my family. I’m ironically more relaxed and patient with my three year old son since I started, and I’m able to *do* the things that all me to continue to feel good overall (like the gym and fixing my diet). No more taking two naps a day in a depressive state of “can’t”.

Im 27 i hit the gym everyday but i struggle getting my ass in gear most mornings. I want to gain muscle but scared of losing my hair or getting acne? Would i be ok on TRT ive already got a muscular build just need some size and lower my body fat. Also does it speed up metabolism? Feel like im holding onto a lot of fat lately although i eat mainly carnivore diet an some fruit
