You're talking about the entrepreneur Visa and I'm assuming a long-term Visa as well, how much money you need to show the French government. Valerie is saying a combination of savings and earnings would qualify and to shoot for 26k total. ~ How about if you want to come as Retired - can you use your Social Security monthly amount to qualify as this income? Thank you. ~ And coming as Retired, does that offer any advantages and or any disadvantages please? ... I'm considering whether to claim my Social Security now and come as Retired, or to wait a couple years to gain more monthly income from US Social Security, and claim it from France. 🙏🏼 Last Question ~ and you would know, what are the different qualifications and procedures you need for this Visa, compared to the long-term when your Visa?

Hi Mrs. Baguette, Question, If I understand correctly, the LT visitor visa allows one to work remotely in FR, as long as the employer and customers are not French, just curious why you didn't choose that route, as it seems (again from my beginner-level research of these things) like it would be much simpler? How much does it cost to set up a micro entrepreneur business? Approximately how much is the monthly charges in percentages? Approximately how much percentage wise is the income tax after deductions? Does France accept deductions?
