@@CeceRaid Of course! And I have been playing since Raid started, but not on my current account I use. I had a bunch of accounts I had made, and my Clan was just me and my other accounts, but then kept only my best one and joined my current Clan. How long have you been playing the game?

@@CeceRaid I still play raid casually, about 4.5 years as f2p. It's actually a very good game overall. However it's not encouraging to play by it's management. I would say play for fun and entertainment but don't have expectations.

Oh no! Did you have it previously connected to your device? I know someone had the same trouble so they downloaded it on their pc first with the link then after they synced the account they logged into their primary device.

@CeceRaid I didn't have anything connected previously but I sent a customer support ticket so hopefully something comes of that, if not alwell I'll still give it a solid run, it's doing the same with my code for new players. I think I downloaded raid a year ago on my phone but didn't get to sign up as I was busy working non-stop so I'm wondering if that's somehow caused the issue.

ah, so Elenaril replaces ninja... my alt accounts have wukong and ninja and loki currently and are doing really good. Elenaril is better than Ninja because she has poison too hmm.... I'm currently running 3 alt accounts for the referral thing so I can get rewards on my main account because I have no friends lol so I'm running all 4 myself

That’s dedication 😂 honestly I’ve been loving the Elenaril and Uugo combo! Wukong has been nice as well. I’ll be doing shard summons soon and hope they’re lucky 🤞🏻

@@CeceRaid yeah it takes some work, thankfully they only have to be level 50. they are all 3 40+ right now, I level them one at the time, 10 levels at the time, so one is 44, the other 2 are 40. so I'm taking this one to 50, then the next one to 50 and then the last one to 50, I mean, it is free sacred shards for my main account after all, just by playing the game. there is another thing after all 3 are 50, I might do that too for another 3 void shards and 3 sacred shards + Crohnam the barbarian (I see what they did there with the name). it is free after all.

@@mallikarjunph3154 what’s showing warmaiden? 😊 for the code for Elenaril it needs to be a new player and new account. If you redownloaded on a device that used to have raid it’s most likely not recognizing you as a new player. Easiest way is to download the game on a device like a pc or phone you haven’t played raid on before then once you link it to a new email you can log in on your primary device 😊

@@teronyoung9887 sometimes if it’s on a device you previously had raid on it doesn’t recognize you as a new player. Are you on mobile or pc? I know someone else had to temporarily download it onto a different device and once they synced it to a new email they just logged back into their primary 😊

There were only some I had as options so I opted for someone who can help with the pve 🥹 she may not be top of the op list but starting with a legendary is better than not I think, she’s helped me at least 😄

@@CeceRaid Hey, and I don't know if you caught my other comment to the person who was having issues with the promo code link.. They need to clear their cache.. What I do is I'll FULLY log out of the game, uninstall, use CCleaner to clean the cache, THEN reinstall by the promo link.. Your link is good (I tried it yesterday just for fun, to see what Elenaril was all about..) I'll be giving it another run today, with Kael for the instant poison damage and HP Burn.. Anyway, it's just a note, if you see someone with that issue again..
