@Invenitive3 жыл бұрын
This reminds me a lot of my training routine for gold to champ. Would do 15-30 minutes of freeplay, training pack with my own self imposed rules depending on the pack and my skill level at the time (10-30 minutes), opposite type of training pack (if I did shots, work on saves, etc) for another 10-30 minutes. Fly around pillars for a bit, then hop into a rings map and do that for 20-30 minutes. Finally, would work on a "flourish" mechanic. Early ranks worked on things like wave dashing, half flips, speed flips, kuxir pinches, etc. Later ranks would work on air dribbles, ceiling shots, ground pinches, and other random things. After all that I wouldn't play any real games, though, since I just spent 2-4 hours training and was burnt or had to leave lol.
@elock28323 жыл бұрын
I have been doing the "shots you shouldn't miss" training pack for about a week now and I can feel my striking improving more and more. For anybody that wants to do the training pack try to find a place inside of the goal that you want the ball to go and strike it there with power. I try to get 60kph or higher for every shot except for the last.

I usually jump into ranked ones and get clapped a few times , c1/c2 ones is weird. I played one guy I beat on mechanics, another guy I beat on positioning, then the third outsmarted me and hit a few double resets that I couldn't save. It's a trip

Tip for the casual matches is to turn off text chat if you're going for everything even though it doesn't matter people take casual seriously for some reason.
@colicolisisau3 жыл бұрын
Well don't be stupid I mean you could just not go straight mad into everything but to take it as a more pressure free game. I mean, even if pressure free, don't ruin the game for your teammates... Try more risky things than you would maybe in ranked, but not things you are 90% likely to fail and you just think it could magically happen. Try things you have already been practicing.

I like the idea of training shooting/workshops/a new mechanic but I think going into cas matches is like stepping backwards almost, especially if you’re solo queuing. Since in cas most people don’t try/are low ranked, it will give an inaccurate representation of ranked and sort of pull your skill down to the rank you are in cas.
@colicolisisau3 жыл бұрын
Why is it then that I always felt ranked is way easier than Casual? Or just until a few days ago, when I started winning casuals much more than before. I dunno why I feel that way. Usually I would get matched with people that I recognized way better than me in casuals, not the case (not as much) in competitive
