I went through the stuffing phase with my little boy, never wanting to chew but would happily shove an entire half a sandwich in his mouth and almost choke. He's 3 and still has issues sometimes where he sees something he'd prefer to eat so he quickly stuffs his food down. It's a phase, but we reminded our son to bite and chew and gave him a high 5 if he did it himself, took 3 months of slow progress but got him out of it x

Also, for we started putting the whipped coffee in the bottom of the glass then the milk and ice. Makes it easier to mix together. I have added a little cocoa powder to it also. Delish. And for a change use coconut or almond milk!

Tip for making enchiladas, throw the corn tortillas in the microwave and warm them up for 10 seconds. They have to warm so you can roll them up and works ever time. I make them very often.

I make a large batch of whipped coffee and store it in the fridge for up to 2 days. I use a blender bottle and only mix until it changes color. It stays pourable! I use a shot glass for measuring. So stinking good!

Agreed about only one tablespoon of everything if you’re just making one cup! I have been making it everyday and I tried shaking it today in a cocktail shaker!! VERY good. It makes it like thick and frothy and delicious!! I love how fluffy the whipped part gets. Also-yes use a hand mixer or stand mixer for like 4-5 mins!! Perf!
