Being a European in the US, I know we tend to complain about many, so we like whole dill pickles in a vinegary solution. What they don't have which is in the South (Tx is the only state as far as I know with a store called HEB) is their generic pickles although the Gherkins/Cornichons are the best because they are not too salty. Some of these brands might just sell in the MidWest or NorthWest states.

Ba-Tampte is the best i've had. If you've never tried it, you're missing out.

If you like pickles, and you can find them, try Don Hermann & Sons, made in Garrettsville, OH. I lived about 2 miles away from them...my school bus would go past their farm every morning. I live west of the Mississippi now and I can find them at Sprouts.

Grillo's Boston pickles (available at Publix and Costco in the South) are the best I've ever eaten and it's not even close.

I'd love the one he said was too sour because I can't seem to find jarred sour pickles anymore, but Dill Pickles (Rugrats anyone??🤣) are a fav too.
