Because that doesn't have even a single USB C port. That is so disappointing that anyone with any professional workflow at all should just put it near the bottom of their consideration list.

The cinebench multi-core score is very disappointing. HP pavillion plus, a 75k laptop as well, goes up to 12k in the multi-core score. This leads me to believe that Xiaomi has limited the power budget given to the CPU to way under the recommended 80W for the processor. I mean, they could have just gone with a Ryzen processor, and those would have performed much better at lower wattage than even the 12th gen intel processors. Ig it's just an optics thing. Have an intel 12th gen H processor to attract eyes, even at the cost of practicality. I hate the fact that they chose to do it, though I can understand why they did it.

That's so wrong that I suggest you go check on which applications use GPU and which use CPU. A GPU would be helpful in Video Editing, Gaming, rendering and other graphical tasks but won't help with things like compilation times, compression and decompression, Adobe Photoshop and stuff like that. When this Xioami laptop is underperforming on these CPU tasks in comparison to HP Pavillion Plus, how can you say what you said?

@@itsmyright2229 yeah you are correct. Even for gaming, this mx550 won't offer much performance. It's just a dead weight which consumes additional battery. For gaming, it's better to look for gaming laptops with rtx dgpus.

You made a mistake there, all specs online say the USB type A port is USB 3.1 Gen 1 Wouldn't make any sense to put an old usb 2.0 there
