@@juliovictorcardona2135 I have returned the device to my seller. But in case you are still trying, I read somewhere that with KIA, we can go to screensaver options and click 7 times there anywhere in the empty place, and that will open a screen for installation. But that did not work for me.

As soon as the car play is launched the screen turns into black even if the music still playing. My radio systems meet the requirements, I tried reinstalling like 10000 times and unfortunately I think I waste my money. Better tu buy a radio system which comes with the car play integrated, these dongles doesn’t work as the originals ones

Same. I have ssangyong Rexton 4WD and when I plug in the usb drive to the car data point - it only palya a video - it doesn’t give me a screen that allows me to install the file to the car. I have asked for refund still waiting reply. I really wish it worked - it talks up a big story but doesn’t deliver
