The reason why you don't take the Westside rollerz seriously, or most people don't, is because they're not really that grimy of a gang, a lot of their territory is in the nicer part of stilwater and even in the suburbs, I think they were trying to go for that for them anyways, plus they're more like a bunch of cranked out street racers rather than gang bangers anyways lol.

I liked SR2 a bit more because seemed like it had ore lore and effort put into the concept around the gangs and the city due to that realism, but SR3 has better character designs and creativity, just not very good storytelling. I wonder what a modern take on SR1 would look like.

90% of those concepts look way cooler than the original (apart from Vice Kings, concept Vice Kings are trash). They should've done Carnales, Rollers and Ronin as they were in concept arts, what was in the game was worse or way worse.
