@buggsbunny49903 ай бұрын
@@thisisaweeb Hii, a passout guy here (although not an expert but will just share how would i have started over). First of all don't set anything as a DREAM especially webD, trust me there are crores of people who call themselves "Web Developers", rather try to be good at solving problems. Do one programming language thoroughly (in your case C++). After that start with DSA to actually get a hang of coding and problem solving. There you will apply certain algorithms and strategies that are also required to solve some real world problems as well. Also I would say focus on CS fundamentals (DBMS, OS, CN and OOPS, though you'd be doing oops with C++ itself) that's it, this is all the base you would ever need. Now after this what I would want you to do is that start building projects, shouldn't matter whichever domain you choose to build a project on, take some of your buddies, research about building something and just start building it or try finding a problem (there are plently out there on github) and try finding its solution. Make a habit of reading documentations (understanding them) and stay away from those, "how to get this or that amount of money as a fresher" la la la videos and also those roadmap videos, there ain't no perfect roadmap and roadmaps that you make for yourself with your best understanding will always be the best ones. Start going on events and hackathons, participate and build projects by heart, formulate solutions, blow shit up and then try again, this is what makes good engineers, not silly roadmaps. Try to be a good engineer first, who can actually get shit done rather than someone who just runs after salary packages. The money that the company will pay to you will be directly proportional to the value that you provide to the company, always remember that. Last but not the least do not forget to enjoy the next 4 years of your life, maintain good health, form bonds, stay happy, stay fit, cut the negative BS as much as possible (you'll get plenty throughout your college journey). That's all that I had to say, cheers to college life!

I disagree. All of this is just a simple product of the capitalistic nature of the society. It is not the influencers who are at the wrong, it is the system itself. The ultra-rich can evade taxes and live their lives in luxury while the middle class has to pay the most taxes and work hard for money their entire lives. On the other hand, they don't even get returns on paying taxes in India, just look at countries like Germany or other European Nations, where people who pay taxes are actually benefited. First of all, the influencers are not wrong in themselves about the courses, there are definitely high packages in the field and industry. Second of all, there is nothing wrong with them selling courses, if they promise what they deliver. Just look at Striver and Love Babbar. Do not blame individuals, instead if you strive to change something, challenge the system in India itself.
@mandarbamane42682 ай бұрын

very good video. Appreciated. Myself being Btech graduate CSE 2021. I do like Science stream, I loved physics but due to herd mentality I went to CSE for as usual Fang/Mang job , though I liked coding cuz i love problem solving.. but slowly realised in my engg years that I can't do coding for rest of my life... If I had chosen Engg Physics, I'd have been in better position now. I left the CSE field, now preparing for Civil services/Govt services cuz the only thing I can do now other than Physics is being part of Public administration. I like and I have not chosen by herd mentality this time. Due to paper leaks and incompetent state govt, I have not been lucky to land in govt job, though I'm capable ( in past 4 years, only 1 vacancy has been properly conducted by my state govt, which i was not eligible cuz I was in final year, rest time either paperleak or delays, and only focused on state govt cuz the govt was brought after change and it sucked badly, had I prepared for Central govt job , I would have landed somewhere, even DRDO was in list but only Diploma in CSE was allowed and not Btech. ) This year is last, I'm going to do MBA if I can't crack the upcoming promised 2024 state govt job. MBA from any IIT will be great RoI. Then after MBA and industry experience would start my own entrepreneurship journey... The only regret I have is choosing CSE over Engg Physics, though I liked both but only loved physics.

Hey I am from CS department IIT Madras. I think you should move forward to your interest. That builds your career. Success ki peeche mat bhago excellence ke piche bhaago excellence tabhi paida hoti hai jab you have the interest on the subject. Then success juk ke piche aayegi. ❤

Bhai but ye bhi toh sachai ki 99% logo ko pata hi nahi hai unhe life mein karna kya hai ? Infact 90% logo ko life mein kuch karna hai bhi nahi , they just want a decent amount of money to live , money is there primary source of motivation to work . and that's the main reason people are in this race , more than being influenced there is a emptyness inside which they think can be fulfilled by money and who doesn't want quick and easy money .

I was very lucky in this case. I was very new to CSE and only did Math and Olympiads before my 1st year of college. I was lucky in the aspect that a professor saw my passion for mathematics and Introduced me to C Language. I then took my time to explore 1st and 2nd year and was introduced to Systems Programming. I still see people around me following these courses and it's a sad state of affairs. I personally love Learning about Compilers and BigNum Libraries and writing them myself.

If you want to learn some technologies go to their official documentation and learn build your skills then apply. Don't waste money on courses use Google, stack overflow, reddit etc to clear doubts. CyberSec are in another level certifications are too much expensive.

Congrats, you got good views both time when you used "Bhaiya-didi" in your title 👏🏻 I am happy that we are able to contribute in your KZbin career. We understand that its fastest way to become tall (to stand on someone's shoulder). - We are among the very few people who ALSO teach for TCS, Wipro etc Aptitude based exams - Btw where were we in this Video ? Maybe we just got mentioned in the Title for views. Good strategy : Apna college gets 24Million monthly views, lets use it in Title via Bhaiya didi and get more views PS: Students, idhar apko masala milega, coding & tutorials nahi milenge. Use this channel for entertainment purpose, whenever you get bored after studying from Apna College or etc, get some entertainment here. Next time, I will send this video to my legal team (for entertainment purpose 😇) Tip : Don't forget to Delete all comments made by my students on your video :)

Well, software engineering is 30% programming and 70% communication. As bad as it sounds, kids from humble backgrounds were always rejected in my company, no matter how good they performed in the interview. The good think about the bhaiya didi course is, they are not jumping into the Data Science crap other institutions are feeding them. I have not seen a single Data Scientist with online certification and grinding the 50LPA. The bhaiya didi course can be useful in small startup if they are not into international clients.

Whatever is said in this video is absolutely true. Those who are not earning good salary in IT sector thinks that they will do anything for good salary. They neglect their interest and just start learning the technology whatever is trending in market right now like Full stack, data science. After completing the course they give few interviews and mostly everyone gets hired. But then they realise that it was a trap. Very few people have passion for coding. Others are here for rozi roti.

Btw not offended I do actually agree with your point on these tech/coding influencers. Just saying your story can end like this as well.... Have seen plenty Aman(s) who knew way more than the Pragati(s) but they still had to take the L.
@tejas8211Ай бұрын
@@moveonvillain1080 and what happened to such Pragatis after that? I have seen them (both such boys and girls). They don't get enough appraisal, end up having a less pay hike, had to switch jobs very frequently. Whereas such Amans (both such boys and girl) get great appraisals and perk in the same company grow like a banyan tree in terms of knowledge and wealth and become an asset to the company. Always keep first focus on gaining knowledge and personal growth rather than these superficial things like FAANG.
