Bhutan has a reputation for not just being a hard nation, but and IMPOSSIBLE nation in HOI4 and it has definitely earned that title. You are sandwiched between two stronger nations, you have low manpower and industry, and since BBA you can't even join factions. But this didn't stop me from devising a strategy to finally to, for the first time in HOI4 history, conquer this unconquered challenge: Bhutan World Conquest

As I mentioned in the video, this one took absolutely forever to test but also to do the final runs (epic fails involved) so if you could like and subscribe that would mean so much to me! This strategy I developed is insane and as far as I can see works for ANY nations of if you want me to make a video dedicated to it be sure to like and comment! Also this is the first time where the content is highly challenging (as in hard to do in the game itself) so do let me know in the comments if you want to see more stuff like this or to largely revert to the past few videos (give them a watch if you haven't) where the focus was meant to be more interesting parts of the game rather than sheer difficulty.

Hot tip: For any starting non-aligned nation with a generic focus tree, you can complete the facist focus right before flipping communist, to take advantage of the superior facist path, while still having the benefits of ideological loyalty

This is Uber meta, when I tried this I went communist but finished the nationalism focus right before I switched communist, that was great for a few reasons but ideological loyalty+Militarism and military youth is highly based.

Try a New Zealand World Conquest. Sure it's an island and has a bit more pop, and even a formable, but it is much worse then Bhutan I would argue

@@abokadohoi4 remember it needs to break free from being a Dominion of Britain first. Both islands are one tile, so civil conflict is an awkward out to rush flip. So it could take even longer to do that then it did for the Bhutan one, granted I got greedy and waited to flip until France joined the Allies so I could request French Polynesia early as well as the Australian and British Polynesian Islands

Japanese integrated puppet with crap for population, no factories, Manchuria has a focus to eat you, and you're on the front line for the invasion of China. I forget if Marco Polo gives them buffs against Meng or not though. On the bright side, easy communist civil war after manually justifying on one of the China's to kick start it. But have fun in the China War lol
