Let me ask this what are we doing the case where they wouldn't allow us to meet at church because it wasn't essential then in Michigan we could go to church but we weren't allowed to sing hims because singing hymns could spread COVID. That's hindering my ability to praise God in song. I'm not being facetious but what are we to do in a position like that? That was a good sermon there so apparently my governor violated my constitutional right to meet and assemble because it was deemed dangerous although the abortion clinics were open and the liquor stores are open as they were deemed essential. Talk about a wicked and perverse generation!

Great question. Sorry just getting to this, working a lot of overtime. Your case is certainly exceptional. In any case where any part of your right to worship is infringed upon, follow the leading of the scriptures and the Holy Spirit, as the situation is presented to you. John 14:26.

The Hebrew midwives, Moses' parents, Moses, Mordecai, David, Elijah, Daniel and his three friends, Peter, Paul, etc. did not obey the "powers that be" and God BLESSED them. Who was the "powers that be" on July 5, 1776? No king, no Caesar, no president, but "the people." The people created the constitution to LIMIT government officials and the people REMAIN the highest authority or the "powers that be". The sovereign person has the right and responsibility to keep the "government official" in check peaceably with verbal questions. Doc Ruckman's commentary in Romans 13 AGREES with the NIV, ESV, NASV, NKJV, etc. He wrote to obey governing authorities just as advised by the corrupt revisers of the new bibles. This is a false interpretation.

First, thank you for the input. If you listen carefully, I said so long as the government allows us the freedom to worship & freedom of religion, then there should be no major problems. We still may have other constitutional issues with how our government operates.
