Hi guys,
Most of us are unable to get to a gym at the moment, but to keep some form of muscle strength and tone, this workout will cover all the major muscle groups in the body in a very simple routine.
Try this:
- 10 Reps on each exercise
- Rest for a minute after all 5 exercises
- Repeat 3-5 times every other day
- Then add more resistance to progress the intensity (up the strength of the resistance band)
