I want to thank you for all the videos you do for all your followers. I am 70 and retired. Every afternoon I tell my husband I am going to the basement to workout with my “personal trainer”. Your workouts have really been a blessing to me. Thanks so much from Colorado USA

Hello I just did this workout today you get me every time. At the end I think it's over you bow and say thank you and I sit down all proud of myself and then yo start on stretches 😅. You would think I would know by now 😅. Good work out now Im ready for a nap. It's snowing right now it's only the second snow fall of the year and it's 02/16/2024. I miss the good ole days when we got a foot or more of snow. "Sigh". Enjoy your weekend.

4, 11 2023 Hi Jules, This Saturday I have the luxury of not being tired and doing whatever I want, whenever I want. So, after a nice breakfast I did this workout. If it is intermediate I am even happier because it means my body is starting to get used to regular light exercises, so I could do this one today. It seems a step forward. And I also want to do one at night but even if I do not, I have already done my workout for the day. Have a nice day! Day 13 😄

Amazing Klari!!! This is definitely an intermediate level workout and I am thrilled for you that you could complete it today! You are definitely getting into an awesome habit of working out regularly, which will allow you to be able to do more. Kudos to you!!! No pressure, though...the gentle and beginner level workouts are still great workouts to do if you're not up for these ones on days going forward. A gentle workout is better than no workout:)

I loved the video even tried it. I was looking for a work out because I started walking but it's been to hot to go for a 20 min - 30 min walk so today I was looking for some kind of workout that I could do indoors I think I found it thank you. This was a great video! Seeing what was the next step was beneficial. Today was the first day that I have actually done a form of exercise in a very long time. Even though I am only 59, I have physical issues that make it difficult to do workouts. I found it a little hard to do this workout but I stuck to it and finished it. It’s great that you can accommodate your physical level when doing it. Looking forward to making this a daily routine. Thank you! P.S. The statement at the very end is a great motivator. 😊

Although I’m still pretty young, I have contended with injuries and years of chronic pain. Exercise has seemed such an unattainable goal, even as I’ve known that NOT exercising makes my pain worse. From the very first beat this was electrifying! Feeling plugged in and recharged. The sidesteps with knee lifts, knee lift/kick combo, and the three steps with "push" made this extra fun. Always appreciate when you have us change our leading foot with the out/out, in/in move. Yet another FAV SAVE.

Enjoyed this very much. Thank you for including the warm up and stretches. It makes the workflow much smoother. Very much like the in-picture preview of the next move. I appreciate your hand gestures emphasizing which muscles to focus on. At around 16 minutes there is a leg movement resembling cross country skiing. When you pointed it affirmed that the glutes were the focus for that move. Your hand directions are key for someone like me with reduced hearing.

I would just like to say a huge thank you for these workouts. I’ve been working out with you for over a year! I woke up one morning with a double chin and more cellulite on my legs and no upper body strength - I’m a slim build. Pear shape So it’s very noticeable especially in swim ware. I have always kept reasonably fit having two dogs. Since doing your routines and there are plenty to chose from it’s help me immensely with toning up and building my strength. I am now more confident and look forward to doing a routine before doggie walks every day!

I would include squats more but a lot of times people tell me they don't want them, so it's a fine balance. You can definitely always switch a move to squats to get in more:)

Ive done a variety this week. I did your 50 minute strength cardio that includes push ups and my arms n chest are a bit tender but u need work through it...... I picked this tonight and haven't done in a while and its soooo good. As usual you work every area wifh great tunes. Ive worked hard as we r going a wee holiday on monday for 5 days so want to feel strong. I will miss u when im away lol.... ❤❤❤❤❤

Hi Jules loved this workout. I do a heavy weight and movement session on Saturday and Sundays. Easy walk on Mondays and start to ramp it up Tuesday onward. I also hold a 1.5Kg weight for most of your workouts. My biceps are starting to look so good for a 61 YO 💗

I love that you have a good routine going...it definitely helps to have a schedule to stay on track to see more progress. Kudos to you for also holding onto weights during the cardio workouts! I can see why those biceps are getting defined:)

I just happened upon this today, and I'm sooo glad I did! Great video! Great workout! I love the no talking (have really never liked the annoying cheerleader chatter from instructors!😅) Wasn't a real fan of the music, however it DOES fit the movements well. I plan to use this regularly and also become a contributor because I appreciate all the work you put into this!!

Hi and welcome to my channel! Just to help you navigate the channel, if you look at the playlists you'll see all of the workouts categorized. I create 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate, both seated and standing). I've recently launched a new channel and now upload the seated workouts there instead. If you liked this workout, you'll find more like it in the 'intermediate level' playlists. I do talk in some workouts, but I have a playlist dedicated to 'no talking' workouts.
