Oishii Kudasai So Sheldon was asking these questions to Penny even though she didn’t want to answer all of them. If Penny could answer every question then the doctor would do something about her arm. Sheldon was asking all these questions because he needs to properly fill out the form. If I had to fill out a form like that and someone was mad at me I wouldn’t have liked it. Sheldon was not asking these questions to make fun of Penny it’s because he had to. He was reading off every question from the form and asking them to Penny. Penny should’ve answered every question because they are mandatory to answer.

Jed Rusk she wants to keep it personal so that’s why she didn’t answer. The only thing she did wrong when her shoulder was hurting was when Sheldon was facing a red light and she said to Sheldon “go, go, go”. Sheldon listened to Penny and he went to jail which was not fair for Sheldon because he realized later he broke the law. It was written in the report that Sheldon drove at a red light.

My husband and I both agree that Sheldon was a little TOO thorough when filling out the form. About five years ago, I went to the ER after falling in the shower and hurting my arm (which resulted in me getting grab-bars, which I didn't think I was old enough for just yet).
