Not necessarily sometimes they are bullied for their physical appearance, for being smart or just because they want to feel good about themselves or they think it's funny to torment others because they are different or because they think they are weird no one deserves to be bullied if schools in USA took more seriously about the bullying, there will be less shootings in any educational institution such as schools and universities because mostly of the people who are behind the shootings are the ones who has suffered bullying at their school and ended up killing innocent people mostly children and they doesn't even care.
