“The Big Boys” now available on Spotify, Bandcamp, Apple, and everywhere else (links in description). Best enjoyed through LOUD speakers. Enjoy. Lyrics: Millennia out of the dark. Hungry still, the beasts we are. The crops grow back, we've worked it out. But you want more than me, and you want it now. All the big boys, making their noise. All the big boys, play with their toys. All the big boys, making their noise. All the big boys, play with their toys. The orders fly, the drones obey. If we all say no, the power melts away. The water flows, we've worked it out. We want you gone, and we want it now. All the big boys, making their noise. All the big boys, play with their toys. All the big boys, making their noise. All the big boys, play with their toys.

That is a hell of an intro. A few notes in and I said, "EVERYONE, QUIET DOWN."

This is so fucking good. I want to say this song puts me into a nostalgia trip, but it’s more like I’m in an alternate goth timeline. I’m visiting my dad back in Los Angeles. He’s old and infirm and we don’t know how much longer he has. And this is where I grew up and your music is like the music I listened to when I was a kid. Anyway I’m really feeling it at a time when a lot of memories are coming up, both good and bad. Thank you for making music and posting it, amigo. It’s the perfect soundtrack for my life right now and it’s making me feel better.

Ah sorry about your dad, man. Glad the music helps, take care.

That snare drum is totally Sisters Of Mercy circa the First And Last And Always album. Pure class, just like the rest of your track!

Well, that man an old man very happy. And 40 years younger for a bit. Sounds like New Order. For me, your best original track, although I'm struggling to figure out whether that's because of or despite it verging on some pretty familiar territory. Good stuff, whichever.
