Withered Bonnie is a perfect example of how truly effective these animatronics can be when broken. Withered Freddy was barely broken compared to chica, foxy, and Bonnie. Like the fact his entire face is gone and has one arm is so creepy and just seeing red eyes.

I didn't mention it in the video, but when that original teaser was revealed with Toy Bonnie and Withered Bonnie, when it wasn't even confirmed that Withered Bonnie WAS going to be a threat because of how broken he was, he was pretty much... the creepiest thing. @@notrealnamenotatall2476 One detail often overlooked is that the damage is very, very consistent, with stiff and small threads protruding from an otherwise nearly flat damage section. They resemble, more than anything (including threads, really), needle-like teeth, and combined with the endoskeleton being barely visible and the top endoskeletal jaw piece just being missing entirely, it makes a side profile of Withered Bonnie's head look like a jaw unhinged completely. Definitely a terrifying concept.

I don't feel like Bonnie is overlooked, he's consistently one of the favorites of the franchise outside of Foxy. Probably why there's so many "where is glamrock Bonnie?" theories over "where is glamrock Foxy?"

Okay I have a random little theory about Glamrock Foxy's disappearance. Foxy was always the kind-of odd one out of the group. Everyone's in bow ties or top hats in FNaF 1, Foxy's a pirate. Everyone's doing well as Toy animatronics in FNaF 2, Mangle got freakin' destroyed. It always holds up, whether it be differences in mechanics or themes in the animatronics. Then we have Security Breach. Every animatronic we see seems to hold up the retro '80s theme one way or another. Freddy also appears to be the only one with the power station gimmick (if that isn't exclusive to when he's just had a Windows crash like in the SB intro), so who's to say that Foxy just got bored of everything and broke out? The Glamrocks have complex personalities and sentience, so wanting to get out of a place they don't feel they belong is absolutely possible. It makes no sense in some ways, even to me, but I just like to think about a Glamrock Foxy who ran away from the Pizzaplex and is trying to live the life he wants to live.

​@@ZirconiaGacha I just feel like they had yet to implement Glamrock Foxy, as there is zero visual clues or message logs hinting to his existence, as opposed to Bonnie, who had about 4 different logs, some actual dialogue from Freddy and Gregory, and a stage in Bonnie Bowl that was clearly meant for him. I think they had Kids Cove, but were planning on introducing Foxy into the Pizzaplex at some point in the future.

Freddy is the titlecard, Chica is the girl, Foxy is the unique mechanic, making Bonnie the sort of “tutorial” enemy who sets the stage for what’s to come. He makes his move first, he’s got an uncanny look (especially without his eyes) and his lack of a voice or personality means that he doesn’t have to try too hard to be quirky or memorable. Bonnie just does his job, and we all appreciate him for it.

I still love the ironic twist with Funtime Freddy and BonBon, As MatPat pointed out, William and Henry have their own unique ways of design, and something I immediately noticed after that is that Funtime Freddy shares William's design, as do all the other Funtime animatronics, but BonBon has Henry's desgn, with the bars connecting the Jaw. When I look at that it feels like William trying to say that Henry will always be his puppet, that he thinks he has the ultimate control over Henry. But then when you think about who the characters are, Freddy being Henry's creation / Henry's suit and Bonnie being William's creation/springlock suit. It paints William as the one being puppeted. That no matter what he does Henry will always have a hold over him because Henry was the more successful one.

Imo the withered animatronics were the peak of creepy designs in the series. The way they were so broken but still moved, and just how unsettling good lighting could make them… it was genuinely terrifying, and Bonnie in particular was very creepy, with his glowing dots for lack of eyes. While he’s lost his popularity in recent years he’s still gotten very good exposure in the games, him and bunnies in general, and I love how rabbits are the ones with the most effective scares in the franchise, ie: Springtrap’s rare screens, fnaf 1 Bonnie in the backroom etc. Great breakdown of his history and character, like always! I’m looking forward to the next video!

Fnaf 4 designs are the best to me (withered bonnie not withstanding). With a lot of the others, you see a machine first, something capable of being taken apart and put together, tons of personality and story that makes you think "maybe there's something deserving of pity behind those eyes". The ones in 4 don't dress up. They're the fear-inducing, hateful, supernatural forces they absolutely could have been, had the story gone a different way.

I like how Bonnie is almost always aggressive, but in various different ways. They can be a serial killer (Springtrap of course), trying to get even (classic Bonnie), or maybe even just defending someone (BonBon, who may have some sort of attachment to Funtime Freddy other than physical). It's a consistent thing, but they still find varying ways to do it. Also, I like to think that Withered Bonnie can see because the actual part that gives him vision is behind the eyes, meaning the "eyes" can be removed and we aren't having him crashing into walls. But for Roxy they made it so the eyes are what allows the animatronic to see instead of something behind them that's harder to damage, so if you take her eyes she could jump off a cliff after hearing something that sounded a bit too much like Gregory.

With him being Quiet and not making unique sounds unlike the others, All the sounds and Moves Bonnie makes are Shared with Chica, Foot Steps, Growns, Door Jaming you name it. His also Mischievous and Unotisable Bonnie can makes his way fast though the Pizzaria, With him somethings "teleporting" to different rooms. Him being the First one to wake up in Night 1 is also something I should count. Bonnie is a tricker and is very bored as his blan-sad looks suggest.

Bonnie's always been my favorite character. I love his design, the way his eyes don't fit in their sockets and his permanent smile give him a much more subtly creepy design compared to many others in the series. His dark blue/purple color scheme works extremely well with the dingy lighting of the FNAF 1 location. He's also the only member of the FNAF 1 cast who plays an instrument, which further sets him apart from his bandmates.

I’ve always had a soft spot for Bonnie and all of his variants. The original was the most effective of terrifying you and also the most aggressive of the four. Always staring with a soulless expression. The shadows being at just the perfect angle to emphasize that sinister imagery that the original FNAF1 Bonnie has. Even if this one is the most controversial, I can’t help but like Toy Bonnie’s design the most. He can be both creepy and cute. I always thought of Toy Bonnie as a porcelain doll. My parents had a collection of porcelain dolls and they always creeped me out. I remember watching many different SFM animations with Toy Bonnie in them and I loved how expressive they can make him. Not to mention that I also am a bit scared of clowns and this makes Toy Bonnie a freakish clown porcelain doll hybrid in a light blue robotic rabbit form. That is literally every creepy thing from my childhood combined into one. Withered Bonnie is equally as good design wise. So good was the design that the Joy of Creation’s version of Bonnie is an even more withered down version of Withered Bonnie. Nightmare Bonnie was like this carnivorous beast. The prey animal was transformed into a predator. Jack O’ Bonnie gives me serious Ghost Rider vibes. Bonbon and Bonnet are okay Bonnie variants though they were pretty much playing second fiddle to Funtime Freddy. Though I always felt like Bonbon was simply a puppet that the Funtime Freddy AI deluded itself into believing was real and the voice mimicry in the blueprints helped Freddy give Bonbon his own “voice”. Rockstar Bonnie is my second favorite design. He really does feel like the Rockstar he was designed to be and his lines in UCN were fun because he always sings a nice little song when he kills you. And although we never saw Glamrock Bonnie, you can tell that he was an important part of the Pizzaplex and the mystery of how he got decommissioned is still unsolved. It’s easy to say that Monty did do it, but how and why? It could be because of his anger issues, or was it because of something else? Or maybe Bonnie was decommissioned by a different culprit? Overall, I love Bonnie. He may just be that “extra” member of the band, but he’s the guitarist of the band and a beloved character to this day. Maybe his role this entire time was Freddy’s Best Friend? Even Fredbear was always with Spring Bonnie from the very beginning. The bear and rabbit are always friends with each other. Bonnie is definitely my favorite animatronic in the entirety of FNAF… even if I don’t like Toy Bonnie’s Special Delivery voice. Though the irony of Toy Bonnie having this haughty prideful full of himself personality when his restaurant only lasted for a week or two before closing and then proceeding to get scrapped is ironic. And as for the books, I tend to avoid them. I just feel like they muddle up the games for me, so I tend to ignore them.

'Bonnie's the first and the weakest' I always liked him because he was the most aggressive tbh. It would've been nice to see that elaborated on in SB. It wouldn't surprise me if both Roxy and Monty are inheriting traits from their predecessors, either via similar coding chips or spooky ouuuuu stuff, and that the aggression is what Monty got from Bonnie in the first place.

Bonnie is a good one, though I do fully agree on the sentiment on him being overlooked yet essential. He comes from Spring Bonnie who is connected to Springtrap, making him rather important in that sense, and he's one of the original 4, yet he's often first and easiet threat to deal with, as you've established, and he tends to have the least speaking lines. I do love his design in the Tour shorts, though. His Toy variant freaks me out a bit with his maniac expressions. And I like what you managed to uncover on Glamrock Bonnie based on depictions and mentions of him, I like that kind of character that's show and no tell! (Also, embarrassing fun fact but as a kid, I thought Bonnie was a girl. I was like 12 or 13 with minimal internet access and I never heard of a guy named Bonnie before)

For some reason, Toy Bonnies voice reminded me of the time when the fandom thought that Toy Bonnie was a female animatronic, meybe because is so high that sounds like a female voice. Bonnie has always been that one animatronic with a hot temper, so him being replaced with Monty who is also a very angry animatronic is very apropiated. I'm sure this is the case for most people and has likely been said before, but I know for sure the reason I like Withered Bonnie is because he falls under the trope of "I Have No Mouth And I Must Scream". His lack of an entire face minus the lower jaw is unsettling because we as humans tend to look for anything resembling a face in humanoid creatures. There being nothing but a void and two pinprick dots of red totally activates this strange unsettling feeling. It also feels almost like body horror. With the wires sticking out of him and the way he's sort of slumped over, giving this idea that he is barely holding himself upright. Before Ultimate Custom Night, I was convinced that if Withered Bonnie ever tried to talk, it would just be static or a sad garble of noises similar to Chica after losing her beak in Security Breach. Bonnie low-key peaked with that design. It's unfortunate though because every member of the Faz Crew has potential, and it's mostly been realized for each of them. But with Bonnie it just feels like it hasn't yet.

bonnie was my favorite by far, until security breach. I remember when I was younger it was right around the release of silver eyes. my friend at the time gave me an original sanshee bonnie plushie, and it still sits on my bed to this day, it's got some very obviously repaired stitches. bonnie reminds me of that friend that i can't even remember the name of, but we shared everything. we both had the same blanket of the original poster for the og game and we'd sit with our blankets and talk about lore during free time. in short bonnie feels like an old friend, like nostalgia.

What I found interesting, is that even though Bonnie's last known location was gator golf, the other places he went to stuck out to me. Particularly, the East Arcade. Cause I believe the East Arcade and Gator golf are on opposite sides of the atrium. and he was there for around two hours before he went to gator golf. There's really no reason for him to be in the East Arcade around 2am. I was trying to think what was in the East Arcade and why he would go there, but then I remembered that's where the fire escape was. Maybe Bonnie was trying to help a child escape after close like Freddy was? I don't know, it's a thought.

when I was a kid, I had a strange obsession with toy bonnie. I don’t know why he was my favorite (probably because not a lot of people liked him and I didn’t want to be like the others and pick the “popular” ones) but I chose him as my favorite and stuck HARD with it. I would draw him, collect things that reminded me of him, roleplayed as him online… Now looking back it definitely makes me cringe but the nostalgia is strong enough that I don’t want to forget about it.

I've actually had a compltely different experience with Bonnie, so a lot of this video was a surprise for me. For me Bonnie was always the most dangerous of the default group (Chica barely ever seems to do anything), he was the one to cause most jumpscares, and was almost as popular as Foxy while Freddy and Chica were just kind of there. That's pretty impressive considering Foxy was popular almost exclusively off the fact he was not like the other -gi- animatronics. The same applied FNAF2 onwards, except for FNAF3 for obvious reasons. He just seems to be more active and look more iconic than Chica, plus there's Scott's bias towards him that ultimately made him look a little cooler. I say all this as a Chica fan who was pretty sick of Bonnie overshadowing her to this extent, even before Bonnie was basically taken over by various -traps.

I like to think the original animatronics had semi-specific roles when it came to their vocals. Chica and The Marionette the female vocals obviously. Fredbear was the countertenor Bonnie (most relevantly) was the lead tenor and (ironically) often sang the main melody. Spring Bonnie had a voice like Jimmy Dodd from The Mickey Mouse Club Foxy was the baritone Freddy Fazbear was the bass (I like to think he was voiced by Thurl Ravenscroft in-universe)

Usually i look at a lot of people that love to draw bunnies in the community but then find out only like 2/10 people like Bonnie outside of his springbonnie variants. He's never been having anything else other than "The guy next to the bear" or "Not the yellow one" as his tagline, never his indigo self. What i think is most intriguing about Rockstar Bonnie absence is that he is said to be decommissioned, but other notes give the implies that the same already happened to Chicka at the trash compactor, but she was just repaired, and we also have lines from freddy and vanessa that implies that the shell of an animatronic can be placed in a random endoskeleton who will be programed to "become" such animatronic, so, if all of them are replaceable, why bonnie wasn't?

Bonnie will always be on of my favorite animatronics throughout the series. While his roles are generally forgettable, there something about him that I could never let go of. This video is a perfect example of how underrated and interesting Bonnie really is. Pretty much all of his withered or nightmare-ish forms are creepy enough to give anyone a jump. Both of the Bonnies always seemed to be the most popular of the FNAF 2 cast, actually. Toy Bonnie was pretty much the poster child and I remember quite a few popular videos where he was treated as the main character or the leader of the band. Withered Bonnie was similar, everyone loved him and felt bad because of his missing face and arm. I never got the impression that either of them were overlooked - in fact, I think the only more popular FNAF 2 characters were Mangle and the Puppet, and maybe Toy Chica or Balloon Boy just for the memes.

Bonnie was always my favourite. He was the first one you always saw, the most agressive. He gave me the creeps in that perfect horror way that leaves you checking if your front door is closed and dreading going to the bathroom at night. There was something that just made me more excited to fight against him in games than the others, especially the sister location additions. I was crushed when he wasn't in security breach, I thought he could have such cool mechanics that involve a lot of jumping twoards you unexpectedly or trying to hunt you down the most in a "the prey becomes the hunter" kind of style. another thing: why are they in the floor? Isn't the vent supposed to be mounted into the ceiling? I get that in FNaF 3 they, perhaps, could've been used as service ducts or tunnels for quick roaming around the facility...but in FNaF 2...what are they? they aren't exactly the vents as they connect two rooms and allow no air conditioning due to the lack of the A/C unit in question...they aren't used to supply oxygen from the surface as the Diner is located on surface...they can't be used for maintenance access because of the LITERAL hallway connecting the security office and the rest of pizzeria. What are those L-shaped tunnels then in the first place? What is their function? Why are they mounted into the floor? And why do the animatronics crawl even into them when there's a WIDE GOD DAMN HALLWAY WHICH THEY CAN USE TO ENTER THE OFFICE?

One more thing to note about Rockstar Bonnie in UCN, is he strikes more or less the same pose as Withered Bonnie when in the office. This may imply the rockstars were planned in-universe to be the old models from the restaurant in FNAF 2, but spruced- up. May not seem like much to go on, but smaller details have been important before.

I think the reason that the main villain took on the appearance of a Bonnie. Is because to Scott Bonnie is the scariest animatronic. he had nightmares about Bonnie when he was creating the first game. Heck he even put in a super rare Easter egg that's specifically references his nightmares that he had about Bonnie. the Easter egg I'm talking about is the eyeless Bonnie screen. Whenever the player is being loaded into the main menu there is a 1 in 1000 chance that the eyeless Bonnie screen can appear all sound will cut out and a close-up of Bonnies face will appear on screen with his eyes completely hallow and for that Last 3 seconds his face is on screen white pinpricks will appear in the eye sockets before you are booted to the menu. I got it on the mobile version a few days ago.

As a withered bonnie cosplayer (Full suit) I have to admit that I agree with you. The messed up one has always been my favroite. Foxy in the first one, Withered Bonnie in the second... Had a lilarious scene when there was someone behind me at a convention who cried out "It's Bonnie!" And I turned around and they screamed. Perfect FNAF moment. But, Bonnie made a big impression on me in the Silver eyes. The scene in the bathroom was delightfully tense. I wish more of the book had been like that. :3

I actually wanna point out something with Toy Bonnie's voice in Fnaf:AR! I never watched masked singer so idk how close that description could be. But when I heard his lines I thought of how many art and songs portrayed Toy Bonnie "taking" Whithered Bonnie's fame. His high voice could be fitting for him as a thinner and smaller Toy animatronic. His lines about "now I'm the star" found be referring to his he's often was marketed heavily in FNAF 2 to being a replacement more then the rest. It's feels more like they took that fandom interpretation and built it to his personality. He's proud and feels mighty at earning the spot he now has. Which in makes sense given how more damaged Withered Bonnie is. That could just be me looking too into it 😅

Bonnie's arguably only the second easiest in FNaF 1. Chica moves linearly from room to room, making her more predictable (Bonnie chooses a random room and moves to it regardless of his previous position), and has audio cues telling you when she's not near you, and her door light view is very visible when it's closed. Bonnie's, conversely, is hidden by the door and you have to rely on his strangely reflected shadows of his towering ears, rather than simply seeing him. He's more erratic and a bit stealthier than Chica, although his AI level actually stays rather low throughout the game, whereas the others rise fairly quickly. Withered Bonnie is a case of excellent character design for uncanniness, just like Withered Chica. With his complete lack of a face, even on the endoskeletal level, he gives no recognizable expressions, and his posture never changes unless he's crammed into the vents - always standing tall, his ears giving him even more height, with his arm hanging loosely and his torso cocked somewhat to the side. The missing arm and trailing wires give him a very distinct silhouette, even amongst the Withered. Many people don't remember his slightly damaged right hip, or missing left foot casing - they remember that prone, yet listing posture, the missing arm, and the black void of a face with teeth below and tiny red lights inside. I feel like Spring Bonnie is a real missed opportunity, both in terms of a character for the games to have (admittedly Springtrap takes that role, but only Burntrap actually uses the same model and it's hardly recognizable, so they kind of separated from that too), and, more importantly, the idea of a character both as a counterpart to and antithesis of William. Now, I've seen a lot of fan interpretations for what personality Spring Bonnie's stage persona would have, but a lot of them lean one of two ways - either about as gentle as they get, or sort of a wild, rambunctious counterpart to Fredbear, with the whole 'the rabbit and the bear' thing leaning well into that. Still, we've never gotten a canon take on this, even in FNaF World, the only game to give us Spring Bonnie as an actual 3D character. Spring Bonnie, and whether there's any animatronic left in there - which, presumably, there is, given FNaF 3 outright says it functioned as an animatronic intended to walk from room to room to interact with the children - but more importantly what view said animatronic has of William. The suit he wore for the opposite of its intended purpose, the one eventually responsible for killing him - even if death didn't manage to stop him - and perhaps, now a voice in his head as he shambles along, possessing both his own broken body and the half-functional wreck of an animatronic, left for decades unmaintained in back rooms and for thirty years rotting in a safe room, its endo not fitting together around the fragmented skeleton it's meant to mimic. It definitely would be a very interesting idea that they could work with or against one another and would have to for something as simple as moving from place to place. But we've never had that, and unless William gets dumped into a new replacement suit which starts with its own AI, than there's not much they can do about that with how far gone the physical Spring Bonnie is. Except for one thing, and that's Glitchtrap - in Help Wanted, it's stated that Fazbear Entertainment uploaded actual programming from the animatronics, and inadvertently also William himself or some copy thereof, into the game rather than trying to replicate these things - Spring Bonnie could well have ended up either finally separate from William, roaming as a different technological entity; or been incorporated into Glitchtrap, and still come back in some such form. I personally hope we see it happen, because that's definitely among the most major forgotten characters in the series. Funtime Bonnie definitely would've been a cool idea to see, though what the point would be of course varies. In line with the Funtimes' actual purpose, perhaps he would've been able to accurately detect everyone in a massive area, using those ears more like amplifiers for some sort of small-scale radar system, or something of the sort. An easter egg of the character in a later game, sort of how Funtime Chica eventually showed up, would've been a cool reference, since Bon-Bon according to the blueprints is just a part of Freddy with a color-complimenting shell slapped on. Presumably, this is why Molten Freddy just doesn't have him, as much as him slapping long blue ears onto a vaguely head-shaped tendril sticking off one shoulder might've been. FNaF AR wouldn't be the first to put Bonnie, Chica and Freddy all as one - that would go to FNaF 2. For the Toys, the line's variants of Bonnie, Chica and Foxy (that being Mangle, of course) all function pretty much identically, even though for no given reason, Toy Freddy functioned like the Withered do. But for the Withered themselves, while Foxy is unique, those versions of Freddy, Bonnie and Chica all function more or less the same save for their angles of approach - Freddy from direct front, and the other two flanking him through the vents. Still, they have the panic-inducing 'get the mask on before they get a look at you' mechanic that they're all known for, and they all use it the same. Toy Bonnie's voice is a funky one. I think it leans into the 'trap bonnie' joke, given both the original and Toy versions had a reputation for being mistaken as females, for whatever reason - though with the Toy one, it's a lot more obvious why that assumption would be made what with the blushing cheeks, the makeup-accented eyelids, and the long lashes, as well as the slimmer form far more comparable to Chica than Freddy - though we, of course, never see what body shape Toy Foxy had. Honestly, to me, Toy Bonnie's voice sounds like a mean-spirited and spoiled child's more than anything - unless 'anything' includes a synthesizer, because it definitely seems like it's going through some heavy audio warping, even if Withered Bonnie's echoing and metallic voice remains far less discernable among the noise. Anyways, Toy Bonnie seems like he's a little too focused on the whole 'star' thing, both with the puns and the insistence on him being better than everyone else. He seems like he's in denial, though whether that's of being possessed, of possessing an animatronic, of not being the leader of the band, or of not being the best I couldn't tell you. It definitely seems like he's distracting himself with it. Bonnie in TSE does get one real moment of his own, comparable to Chica getting her hallway scene - at one point, some of the group is hiding in some side room, an office or possibly a storage room; I can't recall what exactly. Afton's in there with them, although I think by that point he's seriously out of it what with the concussion and all, but while the others in the room begin to make a break for it, they're stopped by a vivid flash of blue light coming through the door, and Afton screaming in terror, or possibly pain. They, of course, look at each other, shrug it off, and say he probably deserves whatever Bonnie does to him, although Afton later slips back away somehow which is never explained (just like most times). It's a weird and interesting scene, particularly as it basically implies Bonnie either pulled a FNaF 1 Freddy and snuck in, or that he just teleported in there using spirit powers or whatever, possibly as a reference to his patterns in FNaF 1. Hard to say. They also mention briefly that one of the characters, I believe it might be Jessica, thought he 'had a trustworthy face' or something like that and would whisper one-sided conversations to him back when the location was open. In the brief characterization we get, he's described as aggressively stomping in challenge when he approaches, whereas the others have a lot quieter movements for the most part, aside from things like Freddy's music or Foxy's unabashed destruction of property. Twisted Bonnie has a cool but unutilized design, with those mandible jaw things. Perhaps he would've been cooler if he'd echoed Withered Bonnie and had a massive, gaping maw around his entire head that his face was also contained within, as well as more rows of teeth less suited to brutal damage and more suited to both chewing and taking in. Bon-Bon isn't in TFC - that graphic novel doesn't get hardly anything right, whether it's the weird half-and-half between Mangle and Funtime Foxy or the fact that Blacktime Freddy (so named because Freddy's purple accents are on him a very dark greyish-black, with the white unchanged) is literally Yenndo in a casing, specifically having yellow eyes and two hands - one for a mic and one for his nearest target, or one for each nearby target if he drops the act and lets his speaker do the job it's meant to. The.. amalgam.. thing.. whatever it is, the slag pile with the souls in it, doesn't have any heads or visible casings at all in the novel. That's just a weird detail added to just remove the mystery of what it even is outright from the graphic novel, despite that and its vague descriptions (admittedly it's difficult to describe an only somewhat humanoid pile of melted metal just hot enough for the nearly half a dozen souls in it to move, but that's what it is in the novel) being a big part of the book. Spring Bonnie in both his pristine suit-worn-by-Afton form (simply called Bonnie by the kids, since they know no better, and implying that Afton never called it Spring Bonnie either to them), and his cameo appearance as dancing Springtrap, both appear more than Bonnie himself - which is saying a lot in the latter case.

I enjoyed this probably more than I should have lol Bonnie is my fav and my hyperfixation, so I sponge any and all knowledge and lore of him. He's precious and always felt he deserved better, which is why that line from Freddy in SB is my favorite line as well! I like to think Toy Bonnie's AR lines as being directed at the original Bonnie. A snide overconfident punk who demands the spotlight because it's "his turn," makes him a more interesting counterpart to the laid-back original. And it fits how he never escaped any other Bonnie's shadow.

Bonnie was one of my favourite of the group. He was just a staple that was always there and looked cool. EthGoesBoom gave him the funniest voice. I hope we see him in the Ruined DLC for SB.

Oh yeah, that whole section is rather questionable. One of them even mentions something about, if I recall right, her pretending to lose a puppy to lure a guy. I plan on going through the whole thing in the Chica video perhaps. Seems like the best place for it!

bonnie has always been my fave, hands down, i love every variation of bonnie, but my faves are og bonnie, toy bonnie and withered bonnie, i was always under the impression bonnie was more popular but i guess not lolol, with chica i felt like she felt very alive in terms of her mannerisms and facial expressions, and bonnie works so well in contrast as he seems very lifeless in comparison, i always found him to be pretty unsettling

When I first played fnaf 1 the files for my game didn’t download correctly. As I was playing this for the very first time alone in the dark I saw Bonnie standing in the hallway. As soon as I saw him my game crashed. That had to be the most unsettling game crash I have ever experienced.

Over the years my love for Bonnie has grown. I have a Bonnie plush and he sits on my bed with me most times. I love withered Bonnie and og Bonnie the most. Something about them stands out to me. I wish he wasn’t so overlooked :(

Withered Bonnie is, to this day, my favorite animatronic of all time. He's the epitome of animatronic horror design, and his voice in UCN is just perfect. I love him so much.

Fun fact: the most likely reason for springtrap and other large threats being modeled after bonnie may be because during fnaf 1's development, Scott said in a interview that Bonnie jumpscared him back when the jumpscares were still images, and that he'd have nightmares about bonnie.

I reallly like the idea of evil Glamrock Bonnie in Sb but not as Afton's another bunny sidekick but an AI that went rogue (explaining the bowling pins and how he went to the west arcade (?) that housed the fire exit before Monty Golf) that is fed up with his circumstances as a robot in Fazbear ent and is trying to break free from it. I was cracking up everytime you started out with the 'Bonnie is the weakest---' for most of the versions. And wholeheartedly agree that Kellen's delivery of Freddy's iconic 'I miss him' line being the best thing in the game, I loved watching everyone's reactions to it and its impactful enough that most streamers pause for a moment to listen then sob or crack a joke lolol I never knew Cassidy possessed Bonnie?? No one thought this was important?? I-- CANT WAIT FOR THE MONTY VIDEO KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK :D

I think the reason is that Bonnie fizzled out very quickly. He was clearly the Animatronic that got the most attention in the first few games. He's the central showcase of FNAF 1 Trailer, the only character to teleport in FNAF 1 while also being the most common jumpscare, He was also the only Animatronic that had a unique screen, He was the only animatronic besides Freddy during the "It's Me" hallucination in the first game. He was the most withered in FNAF 2, Toy Bonnie having the least generic design compared to the other Toys. Bon Bon being the only hand puppet, Also having the most tense and longest jumpscare in UCN. Lastly, he's also the only Animatronic to be completely replaced with an entirely new Character in Security Breach, as Roxanne Wolf is somewhat close to Foxy. But he eventually fizzled out. Ig Scott decided this because he didn't want people to feel fatigued by his character. Maybe he just decided to Prioritise Foxy more, as he has always been a Unique character consistently from the start. I have hots for your voice btw. I guess we'll never know Scotts original purpose. But Bonnie is definitely the most deranged and unsettling Animatronic in FNAF Plus.

He never had to go for shock factor like Foxy or Chica, he never had to be a menacing figure like Freddy, it was just his unnerving presence, the waiting at the end of a hallway or the standing in the corner of our vision, and when he was seen it was because he wanted to be seen and he always told us that he could see us back. It's no wonder he still stalks some of us in our dreams. Its also worth mentioning he does not apply to space, time, or physics, and also has a jaw-line that could shatter Diamonds.
