Sustainable development , 2030 sdg target, keralar top, Bihar lowest rankings, southern states are front runners.SDG goal in 2016, poverty , hunger , zero hunger. Dashboard _ achieve ment of states. Comparison of states. Spur competition, sharing best practices, dataset , evaluation at UN level, mobilise fund, people, training, , goal overlapping, mainstreaming various goals, breaking the silos, interaction between various departments and ministries, short span of time, targets are great huge commitment. Levereging technology for data analysis and collection, interconnected goals starting from grassroot, Monitoring , evaluation, SDG plan for Panchayat to national level, investment plan , blueprint. Technology is not sufficient, partnership among various players. Sustainable consumption as well as production. , Circular economy , low carbon growth path, decarbonation, access to health , education, skilling.state accountability, granular data, assessment of capacity, capacity expansion of stakeholders. Harnessing technology, mobilisation of people, engagement of various stakeholders.
