@@CurlyHairedVanguard Fun fact Inlet actually hindered Urara in that game she was doing every correct play to not give Prison soul but then she moronically used Inlet and gave herself more soul which allowed Purelight to reach the 10 soul. Urara would've had that game much easier if she didn't bother with Inlet.

@@CurlyHairedVanguard not actually sure myself lol, but i would assume 3 or 4? the whole point of the deck is that flagburg enables multiattackers that megacolony doesn't otherwise have access to, which solves the clan's issue of g4 gredora being an amazing floodgate with absolutely no pressure to back it up

We can blame Megumi still sucking at everything for that Inlet price /jk but for real no one has run Inlet in anything for months people just can't seem to get over DBT04 mindset. How fitting that the only other deck that does need Inlet is Fake-Flagburg-That-Sucks-At-Everything-And-Does-Everything-Worse.

@@CurlyHairedVanguard The only good use I found for my Inlets was turning them into $120 because some poor fool did the dumb mistake of picking Maelstorm instead of Flagburg. Fun fact he quickly switched to Flagburg as intended lol. The simple fact is that every Stoi deck that would would want soul or draw power already has an in-engine way of getting that and with better synergy with the deck so Inlet is just a redundant waste of space in every deck. If anything if your Stoi deck still needs Inlet that's a hard proof of how bad the deck is.

Alestiel in "A Valid Inclusion" is the right spot to put it in, as Erimuel combo'ing with Yuika gets the Holy Wings Alestiel directly from soul as a straight +1 for the combo, as without the Yuika its a +/-0 in a deck that doesnt actually plus outside of the Start of Main Phase add from Bind to Hand skill. Pacifica should also be in that same tier for the fact she can search anything from deck with her on Attack skill to then have Yuika bounce it to hand in that same turn. I personally feel Yuika's usage isnt more of "What decks have space for it" but more "What decks need to use on place to gain advantage or can filter cards they want in hand from deck to field". Fortia can also technically fit in the "A Valid Inclusion" tier, as as long as you have 3 Friends Cards on board, with your Vanguard being one of them, you can achieve Fortia's restand without any issues. Plus using her to boost Roxella means that you are bouncing back your Front Row Friends units every turn to guarantee you can keep up the fill board of Friends. Rest of Lyrical I 100% agree with where you put them, as well as the Swirler and Inlet Pulse ones, even tho you forgot Time Stamping Dragon for Dark States :P Was really nice to see someone doing a video on this kind of thing to help guilde players that not every deck needs all the good cards

Ah CRAP! I keep forgetting to add time stamping to the templates lmao And yeea Lyrical is tricky since like I said her effect is more useful generically, and with Lyrical being the sucessor to bermuda which focused exclusively on bouncing cards to hand...its kinda a tough call. But I wanted to distignuish more what directly benfits from it A LOT vs what just has good on place effects they want to reuse. I feel like all decks fall under latter but barely any of them NEED Yuika to function better. Pacifica I can agree with since I forgot she can call anything from deck and you can just bounce it back

As someone who plays literally ALL of Stoicheia I cant agree with you more about Inlet. Though I believe a massive contribution to its price was the original hype with the card and its niche application in the prem format. But mainly its a 3rd seller market and we end up gatekeeping ourselves

ye i hate the part of the original hype cause its been i think 2 years now; and even then the card was only like 15 bucks lol It wasnt till it wasnt even playable in Mag that it skyrocketed for some reason. Makes no sense

As a Stoicheia main Inlet makes me laugh, I down sized to 3 copies back in D-BT08 and I've never looked back. I run 5 Stoicheia decks (Maelstrom, Masqnolia, Claudine, Mythiarq & Tri-Lianorn) and the only deck I run it in atm in Masqnolia and it's never been higher than a 2 of. His price, particularly for the reprint version is nuts.

The moment Goildoat came out I threw all my Inlets into the binder to pile dust for the rest of eternity or at least until I sold them off and did not regret doing so for a single second. Goildoat just makes Inlet so bad by comparison.

@@elin111 Goildoat is good as well but you only get his retire and draw effect on backrow centre. In Shiranui meta I need another way to clear my RG circle and Inlet is the best option.

To be fair, that reprint was kinda ass since it was like maybe 4 in each case. The card needs a C reprint like swirler but yea I agree

Funny that in the west Chronojet and Swirler choice restriction still has not been lifted yet my Chronojet still runs very smooth without him, although for Dark States there is a new splashable card (even worse, it's a promo) : Servant Falcracia, I ran two of her in Chronojet and Drajeweled Ignis (the latter is a half deck that shares PG and triggers) and had a blast with it. PS: Great content! I can see so much potential with this series: Caibre, Diantha, grade 2 cyclers, etc; something like myth busters for generics, could help lots of new and seasoned players financially...XD

you can't use falcracia's second effect since G units return to the Gzone at the start of the end phase. Read comprehensive rules.

@@ceoofbrunestud5894 I use her first skill exclusively since I ran 2 chronojet+2 Crucify+ 3 Noctursio+2 promo orders, that's lots of grade 3 to work with and she works great in Faterider turn. I meant she is a two-of tech for a reason. I do have a completed half-deck of Drajeweled Ignis (which means it shares the PG. Triggers and certain units with my Chronojet deck) which I ran 3 Falcrasia instead since she can achieve her full potential in that grade 4 deck

@@ceoofbrunestud5894I use Falcracia exclusively for her first skill, I ran 2 Chronojet+ 2 Cruel dragon (festival cycler）+3 Set 13 cycler +2 promo orders, that's LOTs of G3 for her power-gaining and refilling soul effect. But for my Drajeweled Ignis builds (like I said previously that shares Trigger and PG with my Chronojet deck) Yes both of her skills would activate, but that being said, if you can't finish the opponent on 1st Ignis turn, we are in BIG trouble in this fast meta.

Siana DOESN'T need Yuika. People don't really get Siana. She can get around it and she uses a good chunk of her soul herself. If you are playing the deck right then you should be able to easily draw a lot and put pressure without worrying about losing your front row. Plus Siana wants her back row more than front row because of her new promo and the mouse. You are waiting a back row slot that could be an additional Shield or attack value On the other hand, I sorta agree that Magnolia has it's own Ignis pulse like cards but I feel Ignis still makes the deck a lot better. I feel that brainswirler can be used as a valid conclusion in a lot more decks. He is actually a good way to play a unit or booster that you don't really care about too much. But besides for the nitpick with brainswirler, an opinion on Magnolia, and a singular disagreement. I do agree that not every deck NEEDS these 3, especially anymore with how much good generics we get

Alestiel already has an in-engine way of recycling Persona Rides that doesn't involve calling them to hand then burning soul to bounce them and it is a 0.10 cent common so Yuika is a hard no for Alestiel. People just use Yuika over it beause "expensive card must be better right?"

@@HunterStiles651 In Standard Flagburg came first and does everything objectively better. Maelstrom really is just Flagburg but worse in every way and given it flopped miserably while Flagburg had a healthy period of consistent Top 8 results, yeah Flagburg is the real deal while Maelstrom is the cheap bootleg imitation. Maelstrom genuinely has nothing to offer other than cheap rose tinted nostalgia goggles. Really if anything Maelstrom is the prime example of everything wrong with encounter cards.

@@elin111 Everything you just said is correct. However, calling Maelstrom "Fake Flagburg" is still objectively wrong because Flagberg's design borrows heavily from the original Maelstrom and its playstyle is just Aqua Force. It would be more accurate to call Flagberg "Maelstrom 2.0".

Like the Vid. Minor thing, Kheios isnt a Highlander deck, its triggers and pgs are. From what ive played of the deck if you choose to play Swirler its as a 2 of for early game pressure. Also if you do another of the style of video Sajess would be a good card to look at
