3:39 Guys I made this mistake and this really took a toll on my progress, I got 6A 1A* and 2Bs in O levels and I only started studying seriously in the last 2 months and like properly in the last 1 month. Getting this achievement I became overconfident that I could pull off the same trick in A levels but I was so wrong with this, I didn't study until the last 2 months were left in CIES and in AS may/june 2024 I ended up getting 2D's (Physics and Computer Science) and 1E (Math) in my AS which came up as a huge blow to my progress. Now I am extremely overwhelmed with the work I have to do as I have to give the components I did badly in, together with A2 exams and A2 is so tough! like university level tough!!! and on the side I have to prepare for my SAT. Not studying for AS since the start was honestly a huge mistake and I would advise anyone starting their A Levels, please start studying from the get go: stay up to date with you classes and revise what you did after coming home and start doing past papers once or twice a week (increase these as exams come closer). This is a cannon event that many experience but I hope after reading this comment, anyone who started their AS recently does not repeat the same mistake and doesn't get overconfident just because they did well in O Levels with little effort. P.S wish me luck I'm gonna sit for the free AS math retake tomorrow. Hope I do well.

Sir another thing I’ve realised which some people can say is unfair is that some people can study one or 2 months before A levels and get As but it’s important for students to realise that just cause some of your friends can do that majority of people can’t so people need to take note of that

focus on prhai fr...baqi sb baad mei... personal problems baad mei...your career is yours so focus on it...i studied in last two months in A2 and messed up my grades...i studied well in AS ...had a high A in chem and high Bs in phy and bio...but due to not studying at all in A2 i got straight Bs...halanky a levels mushkil ni hai bs mehnat hai...A2 kay questions are easier but content is entirley new or AS ka content is extension of o levels but questions are tricky esp mcqs

Yeah there are many free resources for O/Alevels. Like if you are determined you can still study by using these resources rather then going to prestigious institutions it's just my opinion obviously everyone have different circumstances
