Honestly your GCSEs (O levels) don’t matter as much to universities so don’t worry. They care about your A levels more, if you can do really good in AS, and get good predicted grades, you’re pretty much set

Haha you’re welcome. It’s simple really, your GCSEs are a ticket to A-Levels, A-Levels are a ticket to university. So if you can do well in your AS & A levels then getting into the university you want will be an easy process for you, just make sure you’re consistent!

Lets just say they were not what I wanted & that comes down to me not knowing what techniques to use and how to study efficiently. I redid those exams and now im expecting A A A in math, phy & chem. For chemistry its basically going outside the box to learn it and more emphasis on learning the concept itself.

@@ibrahimahmud5068 AS math is not that hard, try getting p1 done as fast as you can and focus more on p2 as it can be a bit harder, particular tougher topics like trigonometry. And just grind past papers after that.

Lool, good luck man. It’s hard at first but becomes easier later. Just make sure that as you progress your syllabus you don’t forget the first, second, third chapter etc, and stay consistent. For physics past papers are really your key to actually understanding it.

The physics ial edexcel textbooks are basically useless, except for the definitions and surface level concepts. I had to compare like 3 textbooks of different boards. The resources on youtube are also pretty useless, ig everyone sucks at physics. I would recommend a really good tutor for physics and maths, I personally self studied chemistry for my second year as I had a really good understanding of chem in igcse and as level. Physics and maths need to be taught by someone who has a deep understanding, my dad taught me it (he is a professional tutor) and would literally remind me concepts almost all the time and then LOTS AND LOTS of past papers. Id say do topic questions first then past papers, natural science solutions and phy maths tutor are good ones. Save my exams has really bad resources for alevels and the questions are some you would never see in an actual past papers. For maths, madasmaths is good too. And for chem studymind is what I use. I would also make my own topic questions and solve all of them in a duration of 2-3 days before my exam. I have my chem unit 4 exam in 4 days so Im just going thru vids by allery chemistry, doing topic questions and just covering the spec and ill do that for 2 days then the next two days Ill do past papers. Life is so great aint it.
