That first play-in game vs the Hawks was obviously thrown deliberately by Spo & co. to get the more preferable matchup with the Bucks vs going against the Celtics this early. @@chadfookilroy2015 Now don't get me wrong here lol. Man I had the bucks winning the championship this year, and I can't say I'm happy with this result. But at the same time I felt like they did their thing for the majority of those games. In my opinion they didn't lose to the heat, the lost to Jimmy butler. I have unbelievable respect for this man, one of the best playoff performers arguably of all time. I'm happy that at least the bucks lost to an all time performance by butler, and I'm sure they'll bounce back stronger next year. As Giannis himself said, it's all a part of the process to winning another title, the road is long but they'll have to keep fighting to get there.

The bucks blew two 10+ point leads deep in the 4 quarter of games 4 and 5. Jimmy did his thing but the bucks also had 2 historic collapses to end the series they most definitely did not do their thing lol
@anastasiskanidis1925 Жыл бұрын
@@andrebrown9311 well in my opinion that's coach bud is at 90% fault for these collapses, they didn't know what to do and he just let them lose. It's still a miracle to me how they won with him coaching, no way he keeps his job after this
@andrebrown9311 Жыл бұрын
@@anastasiskanidis1925 they won because the nets were injured in round 2 lol. And no coaching is not 90% of why a team blew 2 fourth quarter leads. The double standard is crazy cuz if this was the sixers for example y’all would call harden and Embiid the biggest frauds ever. But since it’s the nbas sweetheart giannis it’s 90% of buds fault gtfo here lol
@dontuse10 Жыл бұрын
@@andrebrown9311 Its ok bro ik you didnt watch the game, Bud refused to call timeout or change the offense when things were going wrong in the 4th and using iso plays when they not an iso team which is why hes getting blame from people and these talks have always been around before and after the chip. Also the Bucks won in 2021. 2 damn years ago let it go man, they won
@andrebrown9311 Жыл бұрын
@@dontuse10 lmao now I didnt watch the game because I dont think its fair to say a coach is 90% of why they blew those leads? like I said if this was any other team yall would not keep this same energy if it was any other team yall would say that the players are chokers instead of blaming it on the coach. If the sixers were the first seed and lost in 5 people would completely shit on harden and Embiid even though we know doc is a bad coach and you know im right

This series shows you why having a bag matters. Skill matters. You need an isolation bucket skill set when your team has gone cold, blown a lead and it’s crunch time. The floor opens up so much when you have an individual scoring talent like jimmy who puts so much pressure on the defence. Giannis is great but he is not the best player in the world. I can go through this entire series and show multiple offensive fouls and travels committed by him that weren’t called. Being the biggest bully with ZERO finishing ability and weak footwork doesn’t make you the best in the world. Shaq was a bully but he had amazing touch around the rim and great footwork for his size. Also great back to the basket player. Giannis needs to get better.

Giannis was never ahead of Curry for best player in the league the last 8-9 years in my book and I’m not a Warriors fan. It was disrespectful for people to continually rate Giannis higher last 3 years and his only ring was slightly tainted by playing the Suns in finals while the Warriors, Clippers and Nuggets all dealt with major injuries that season. Steph has accomplished so much him never being the consensus best player in the league is ridiculous to me but somehow Giannis was for a couple years for what reason???? Man can’t even hit free throws especially clutch ones. He’s still great but put some respect on Curry finally
@dani__crocs Жыл бұрын
I gotta say Giannis did hit the most clutch free throws of his career. He went 17 for 19 at the line in game 6 in the Finals. That man dropped 50 ,15 and 5 blocks in one of the most legendary performances ever.
@bkelly625 Жыл бұрын
@@dani__crocs It was great no doubt. I still have him number 2 have since before that season don’t get me wrong. I just don’t think he’s ever been better then Curry we will see though he is only 28 so time will tell if he gets more rings

From favorites to losing in the first round. This is 2011 Spurs vs Grizzlies deja Vu. I'm speechless and still can't believe that happened, in five games too. Something has to change in Milwaukee. Every coach has an inkling on how to stop Giannis at this point.

I really feel like defensively the Knicks will be capable of stopping the heat. I feel like the Knicks defense is just more active than the bucks. Even from watching the highlights of all there games they are way more active and don’t rely on 1 on 1 defense to get stops. They play the passing lanes heavily and I feel like the biggest thing in this series is going to be rebounding just like the Knicks last series. I don’t think the task gets harder going from boxing out 2 7,0 bigs to 6,8 bam only pretty much. I have Knicks in 5 or 6. I don’t think the Knicks will allow Jimmy to score. I think they will rely on making the others score to beat them and we know the others for the heat struggle as Kenny has already reiterated multiple times that the heat possibly have the worst depth outside of there main 4 players.

To be the first 1 seed to ever lose in 5 games to the 8th seed in a 7 game series, against 1 man! Yeah this is the most embarrassing series loss in history. Congrats to Dirk as he no longer has that title anymore.

I’m a Himmy fan (a Bulls fan as well), I know he turns into a different beast in the playoffs, but I had the Bucks winning it all as well, since the Heat (besides Jimmy) didn’t have a good season (I mean they had to play in the play-in), Jimmy and the Heat shut my mouth, I never expected the Bucks to choke like this, but a lot of credit to Miami man

Giannis was having 2016 Steph Curry fears, it happens when you return from injury or playing hurt and you don't trust your body but your team has no chance without you so you have to play... When the pain killer ejections stopped work for Steph in that 2016 finals he feared driving inside the paint cause he would get knocked around and refs weren't giving him calls... Those small hesitations can be the reason you lose... Heat aren't a good team, they just have Himmy Butler

Yeah haven't felt this way in the first round since 2018. That was a crazy year too. A young Oladipo led Pacers team took the finals bound Cavs with Lebron to a close game 7. We saw the emergence of rookie Tatum with Kyrie injured that year against young Giannis. And Boston taking it in 7. And in the west, rookie donovan mitchell with ingles and rubio shocked the Westbrook, Paul George, Melo "superteam" by winning comfortably in 6 games.

That’s on Coach. Last year in the finals we learned Giannis is cool with the ball in his hand dribbling down court in regular season but postseason he should be the screen man and getting lobs and post ups and only control the ball in transition last year Khris controlling the ball with Giannis as the screener killed the suns it was unstoppable cause Khris midrange and Giannis threat at the rim but for some reason the Bucks always just have Giannis dribbling the ball going 100mph at the rim every possession.
