Interesting trade idea: trade a 3rd or 2nd pick for no pick in return. So if someone has a clear winner and you have a clear #3 in the current episode, you offer them a swap of your current players and then a future third pick. Then in the future episode they get points for both players (their original pick and your pick). So even if both their picks come in second and third, they get a bigger haul of points than a first place finish (375 + 550 = 925 vs 725). Or if they get first and second it's a ton of points (725+550 = 1,275). Gotta do something to get the trade market going because it's been a WHILE since any good trades.
