Ahhhhhhh ! now I see my mistake on my lack of underpushing,I've been rollerblading for a year now and I don't attempt crossovers too much,but you showed me the best understanding ever!

That secret trick def helps!!! I was doing it all wrong letting my leg hang out and pointing my toes up. These videos helped tons. Thank you 😍

Can you do a mini video explaining where your weight is and what edge you are on during the " step, pull under, fall forward" ? It seems like the weight should follow, but for some reason I'm always off.

Notes: lean towards inside of track, drop front foot forward, reach opposite arm to inside track

Hi I've been having trouble doing mohawk turns, backward/forward transitions as well as sideways skating because lots of these moves require my pelvis to do the 180 degrees split and the most I can manage is around 130 ~ 140 degrees with my feet. Can you please suggest an exercise that can I do to train my legs so eventually I will be able to do the 180 degree split? Thanks. :)

You don’t really need to have all 8 wheels on the ground at once and be in that 180 degree position to do a transition effectively. Combine pivoting on 2 wheels + picking up your feet quicker. For example, transitioning from forwards to backwards, turning left, you would pick up and place your left foot turned to the back while pivoting on the front 2 wheels of your right foot, and then quickly picking it up. It takes some practice! For side stance skating, a deeper bend in your knees can really help. Often with “turnout” limitations it’s a combination of flexibility and strength in your external rotator muscles.
