Lfg and one rod are the perfect coupling( no diddy). Justin is so even tempered and patient, and mike is so so hype. Lfg calms mike a bit, and sees him for the good dude he is, thru his volatile nature, a lot of dudes don't have the temperament for that, and they will pick on, demean or otherwise terririze a guy like that cuz they are annoyed, or they sense weakness and use the opportunity to try and be the man, establish dominance type of animalistic shit. Lol anyways i love the dynamic duo. They're both so entertaining in their own ways.

This is the video i have been waiting for. I knew once Rackley had a trip to Maine and a good one at that he would be hooked. I am guessing he will be making more trips north in the future. Oh, and I have never seen a white perch that big, and for LFG to get one that big as his first ever is insane. I think LFG might have to convince LFD to take a trip up to Maine now.

The crappie school reminds me of the sunfish school we got on when I was 12... dinner plate sized sunfish one after another... we limited out for 7 people in the boat... 210 fish... was tasty eating well into the next winter because 1 fish was a meal for a 1 person!

I tell people all the time that Small Mouth is arguably the best eating freshwater fish. Crappie are probably the most reliable and consistent because crappie usually taste the same no matter where you catch them. It’s not the same with small mouth. If you can find a clean constant moving cold water stream that has small mouth. You will probably agree with me when I say they are the most delicious fresh water fish. If you catch them in a warm water lake with lot’s of grass. It’s pretty much guaranteed that the fish will have some sort of parasite issue going on. There is still a chance of this in cold water with rocky bottoms but parasites have a lot harder time surviving in cold water.

That white perch was an absolute toad. World record according to google is 2.53 lbs caught on the St. Clair..so if it was legitimately 2 lbs 10 oz, that’s a new world record 1/4 inch shy of the length. Not sure how that works but very impressive
