Hi everyone! Jcloud reached out to me and wanted me to share a few quick updates about this diffuser: 1) While there is still a keyhole on the side of the device you lo longer need a key to open this particular model 2) The scent bottles no longer have marks on the side. Same size, no marks. 3) The microchip inside, which was hanging off the side of the bottle and easily broken, has been removed in favor of a better design. Hope this helps!

Can this be connected to HVAC? It doesn't look like it comes with those parts for it. Does the fan blow air through the tube/nozzle or just around it? Thanks

So do you think this or the silver unit better? I am asking as I have the smaller wall plug in which I love for my bathroom. I want to get one that does more space for my open floor plan house. I tried the hotel collection free standing one and I am less then thrilled with the quality and the remote use. Just looking for your thoughts before I get another product from jcloud. Also love your tech reviews.

I just got this thing ordered it direct from your link and I notice the container doesn’t have the markings for the mL’s nor does it have a that USB-like connection. I don’t see how this thing states it scents up to 4000 sqft. But the living room area I have with the extension to the dining room is about 750 sqft and it does not fill the space

my reservoir is half full, but app still says 0, and constant red light. plus the bottle is a little hard to gauge when its in properly. if this continues, im returning

I had the same issue! You need to click on the 0mL and type in the number of mL you added. That will fix it! And you’ll know the bottle is in properly if you can clamp it down with the lever. Just follow along with the video and you should be good :) Hope that helps!
