People say "chain sub" jersey mikes is a chain yes, but honestly has better business practices than alot of family owned deli's. Alot of family owned deli's are phenomenal, alot are also extremely lazy, cheap and cut corners. Jersey mikes fresh slices your cold cuts straight to the bread, doesn't skimp on the meat, and fresh cuts the veggies every day. The quality is top notch.

@jshshh1041 restaurants buy in bulk wholesale so they arent paying retail prices for ingredients. It is just too expensive at $31.00. It doesnt offer a good value. It needs to cost $16 and regular sandwiches need to cost less than $10. These chains can charge whatever they want but demand will go down. $31 for a sandwich is not normal.
