TBYS’s channel talks about a lot about appearances and how people present themselves. He does the same thing to other men and women in his other videos. It’s common for him to point blank explain what’s wrong with a person’s style what looks bad vs good. Especially if the person mentions they are dissatisfied with their looks or social behaviors. One thing I’ve noticed is that he finds it annoying when people complain about things he sees as easily fixable when a little bit more effort is put in. So he wasn’t attacking her looks out of no where. It was relevant to the conversation. I think if he had more charisma or worded his comments better it would’ve been more receptive

I watch TBYS's videos on fat culture and fitness and he is VERY thorough with his research for his videos. He even scrapped an entire video he'd been working on for weeks because he didn't find enough credible evidence to meet his standard threshold of quality. So when I saw he did a 2 hour video on Noah, I knew Noah was cooked. TBYS NEVER comes unprepared or without evidence.
