This guy is such a nice and decent man, I want the best for him… I truly hope he gets the help he needs to live a healthier and happier life. I truly do! I don’t think your a fatphobic person , or what ever it’s called, I think that you are realistic and honest, and I feel the same way about these people…. I don’t feel bad for people that don’t help themselves than blame everyone else for how they are… if they don’t want the help or try to help themselves, than that’s on them! But when people want the help and try to better themselves than that’s great, and I’ll root for them!

My whole family is large. I'm the smallest and I'm still overweight. I was getting complacent, I was starting to accept my fate and make excuses and it was really affecting my mental health and physical health. Then I came across this channel and others like it that didn't hold back started getting health channels suggested to me. Now I've cut out a lot of the terrible food I was eating and starting to feel more energetic without the energy drinks and not feeling so tired. I love your channel, you seem like a regular dude that is out to bring people laughs, and not once did I think you were being disrespectful, your care shines through your humor. Saying this will probably leave me vulnerable as a fat person being shamed, made fun of, etc does not help me, if anything i will eat more because i feel like there is no point in trying if people hate me so much for being so fat and worthless I have bulimia so i will binge and purge, and i binge because i am depressed and insecure. obviously shaming does not help when my illness is rooted in anxiety and insecurity and i eat to feel better but it gets out of control and i will eat so much im in pain and miserable. (not pity talk because ive actually gotten a grip on my eating disorder! i am in a better place mentally) watching oompa doesnt trigger any of these bad feelings or thoughts, he is genuinely nice and supportive even if he pokes some fun at them (which i poke fun at myself for being fat all the time so like.. lol! as long as its funny) being obese is an illness.. so kindness goes a long way! we are all struggling some way on the inside. glad to see a positive comment section:)

As an overweight guy, I have so much respect for him. I'm 320lbs at 5' 10" so I'm thankfully fairly mobile. I have knee and back pain occasionally and I'm still in uni. This man is such a trooper. Edit: 10:18 walking isnt very difficult, for me at least. Your body gets acclimated to the weight over time. Obviously there is a limit to that weight acclimation, and thats why i train my legs so much. Having overly strong legs is essential if i wanna stay as mobile as i am. Im currently at 500lbs max on squats, nearly 2x my weight. Training like that has helped with my flexibility and other things like reducing pain. It seems counter productive but the warm up and stretching helps relieve the pain. To explain how it feels to move, its like wearing a puffy coat, but all over. My legs measure in at 32", my waist (under the stomach, where the belt sits) is ~42", chest is 54", and neck is 19.5" (i remember that one from the tailor lol). So just imagine you have on a really heavy, puffy onesie.

W this man, I love how he’s so self aware and doesn’t give up because of the pain like look at him! He can walk without the walker and he is 700 pounds which is really impressive to me! Hope he’s doing great and find the love of his life back ❤

My brother has that gun he pulls out at 7:30. It looks like it can blow a hole through a heavy tank, like the gun death himself would use, but it basically shoots powerful BBs, lol.
