It’s just that in hindsight, because of the admittance of PED usage that season by Braun himself, I really do feel bad for Kemp being Snubbed.

So the biggest argument as to why Trout didn’t deserve it in 2013 was that Miggy won the Triple Crown…but Miggy actually won it in 2012…the year that you claim Trout should have won it. You have it right, but for the wrong reasons. Miggy should have won in 2013 because not only was his season better than Trouts, it was better than his Triple Crown season. Trout deserved to have won in 2012 regardless of a Triple Crown being won - he was historic. And not Triple Crown reliant on the rest of the league historic.

I think what this showcases is not the MVPs were wrong, but that WAR is a terrible metric and should never be the end all be all. Nor should any singular metric, but WAR is the biggest offender.
