JJ can't afford to make any mistakes in strategy decisions in crucial situations. One or two missteps and Lebron will check out, he may not take over the huddle and shove JJ aside but he will not listen and will be visible to all the other players and dissension will boil up among the team. Especially any defensive adjustments that don't work out. JJ may have absorbed defensive concepts from his long NBA career but he was an offensive specialist and could not play much defense.

He pretends he loves me when he wants something to eat. Get out of here. *Connie* *Chung:* No, it’s true. *Marlon* *Brando:* Um, what’s the difference? See, that’s a part of the sickness in America, that you have to think in terms of who wins, who loses, who’s good, who’s bad, who’s best, who’s worst. We always think in those terms, in the extreme terms. I don’t like to think that way. Everybody has their own value in different ways, and I don’t like to think who’s the best at this. He's one of the smartest basketball minds in the league, has a pulse on the players , the opposition, and the flow of the game. Why wouldn't you want his opinion? In the end, JJ should make the final decisions and learn where and when to rely on the experience and knowledge of Lebron and his other coaches.

Yall keep talking bout the west got better but you seen what injuries did to the east , the lakers played without vincent and vando suppose to help we defense and the lakers were 17th without then rotations were off and a head coach who didn't know how to stop bleeding calling a timeout, we will get more shots now cause we are not getting back now giving up rebounds ,let the season play out

How does JJ answer to Bronny getting more minutes than other bench players

Why bother hiring a coach just let LJ run the team. He practically is anyway he picked the coach AKA scapegoat; he also made sure that his son was drafted by the team.

I don't know who that person they ask about an opinion about the JJ Redick hire, but he must be a successful podcaster before he says that it is easy to be successful in podcasting. Nothing is guaranteed in business. Bringing in fresh perspective and the ability to illustrate that to the audience is a particular skill. Coaching and podcasting are different things, but saying podcast is easy is easy to say, but it is not the reality. I listened to many podcasts; not all of them are created equal.
