People say underbid but that’s how you get jobs. When your a one man show with 0 overhead then you can undershoot the competition and it makes sense. This is how you keep growing. $253 an hour $1100 a day is not bad.

I had that same thing happen on a job in Seguin. I was washing a little river front boat house and they had some exposed wires inside of the boat house that water had leaked in from the outside and it started smoking and popping. Scared the hell out of me! lol I let the owner know and it was actually him who left the wires exposed from trying to work it. Keep killing it buddy!

I was wondering if you could in a future video outline what surfaces need what percentage of SH (or a ballpark % of how hot the mix needs to be) and why some surfaces need a hotter mix than others. what is the avg quoted price per sq ft? I'm researching price strategy bc I'm just starting out. I was thinking 75 cent per sq ft is a good amount. Most driveways fall between 3-400 for that price. You have got to kill the music my friend. I almost didn't subscribe bcuz of that. I wanna watch you but im continuously having to drop my volume down bcuz it blares loud AF through my phone but then u start talking and I have to turn my volume back up to hear what you're saying the randomly outta nowhere you blare the music again and its all throughout your videos. I am trying to give you constructive criticism from a viewers stand point is all. Especially when you keep asking why people aren't subscribing. Its because we want to watch your videos and relax and that makes it impossible. So I hope that helps. I did subscribe anyways so no hard feelings hehe just wanted to share why I think some aren't subscribing.
