I’ve eaten a tomahawk ribeye, and it was the most delicious steak I have ever eaten by far. Am I wrong in saying that tomahawk looked a little on the tough side. Whatever it was, you killed it again. The look on that uncle's face at the 12.5 minute mark said it all, that look of "HOLY CRAP!" Medium rare is the way to go with steak, dear--any of us Texans will tell you the pinker the better! If ever I go to Singapore, I will add this steak house to my list of places to eat at that are not hawker stalls; it looks really clean and neat and comfy, with a friendly atmosphere. You're making me want to go there even more now!
