I like how the tweezers fit the zip ties perfectly, and how you use both wood screws and nails for securing the board. When you make castings (hot glue on keys in the tin), it looks like the mould release was not covering the sides so much because the removal distorted the tin a little. Maybe another object used as pull-tabs and/or waiting for mostly/partial cooling would help the moulde carafe (i forget the word) to keep shape. Likely heating the tin also could work for loosening, maybe a low bath of hotter water, like one does when removing ice cubes or like the technique of double boiling does. Well, a tin is a tin, anyway. ...
