I listened to Jeff. He's absolutely delighted with Hardy. 👍👍👍

Wouldn't it be wonderful if The Bikeriders ---- about something real based on actual period photos and acted by bona fide movie stars we enjoy watching on screen in a well-written humanly relatable screenplay by talented director Nichols --- received nominations and wins during award season❤ Thanks for the great review. All in for "cool,"and plan to see this repeatedly. (AB in Elvis gets better with repeat viewings, and Comer, Hardy, Shannon and Faist are similarly engaging.)

So. I've been into this subculture since I was a teenager (90s) I discovered 60s biker movies on late night TV. I always recognized that the 50s early 60s aesthetic is the coolest and also when the clubs were more like clubs and not gangs. I was so disappointed with SOA and didnt like it at all. I've been talking about how cool this could be for years and years. Cant wait for June!

I watched the film yesterday and I thought it was outstanding. What I enjoyed most about it is that it was seen though the point of view, Jodie Comer's character, Kathy. No this isn't a bang bang shoot em up type film but instead.a somewhat realistic view of a midwestern biker gang back in the 60s and 70s and how it evolved through time. Anyone who criticizes Jodie's accent hasn't done their homework. She wasn't trying emulate a typical midwestern accent but instead Kathy who had a dialect all of her own. For me, the film flowed smoothly from beginning to end. The one thing I would have liked to have seen more of is the relationship between Benny and Kathy but I'll simply use my imagination. Not being a fan of motorcycles, I was pleasantly surprised at how seamlessly this film was produced. Kudos to Jeff Nichols, Jodie Comer, and the cast and crew. Two thumbs up.

If you want it to look somewhat real, then where is their eye protection.

Lol! It's the 1960s. A photographer followed around the real life gang this is based on which is the Outlaws and no helmets, eye protection. No softies back them
