I just can't watch any run where NL has the Ladder. I think my blood pressure is dangerously high after about 7 minutes. He can't even claim to forget he has it, since it REPEATEDLY FLICKERS INTO EXISTENCE WHEN YOU GET NEAR CHASMS, REMINDING YOU FORCEFULLY THAT YOU HAVE IT. The photons of this are blasting over and over again into your eyeballs, you can't forget you have it!!!! AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!

When the Endless Nameless trinket dropped I confused it for Second Hand for a moment, then realized how good the boomerang would be with Second Hand. Imagine the freeze time being twice as long, it would keep bosses frozen until it recharged, then you could just freeze them again. And frozen enemies take double of Isaac's tear damage

Despite the fact that this challenge starts out fairly op, I actually had tons of trouble with it. Finally, I figured out why I had so much trouble with it: because it starts out fairly op. It gives you a false sense of security right from the beginning. You get cocky. You become less careful. Then you die, usually to the stupidest of damage (i.e., NL's death). Once I finally started treating this like any old run instead of thinking that I was ten foot tall and bulletproof, I had no issues with this challenge.

I probably would have used the Self Sacrifice room to get to the Dark Room after the "practice run." Even with Curse of the Unknown you know you're at full HP or near full HP and you have 9 lives anyways.
