Pretty damn good run all things considered. Only thing I'd have done differently would be to play the key beggar on the Womb as you were heading towards the Dark Room path. You had more than enough keys to spare, and one of the spawned chests from it could have held the guppy dream or keepers head, which would also have helped immensely. Don't feel disheartened by the end though, keep at it, and eventually you will beat Mega-stan with the Keeper.

I actually have no idea but one strat, especially for the Keeper, is to not pick up health ups. So that he can take a one heart deal and then replenish his health container later. This also works for any other character lets say for example: -Boss room gives you HP up and you get a devil deal -you have 3 red hearts + spirit hearts -you happen to have 2, two red heart items in the devil deal you can pick those up by only giving away 3 health containers instead of 4
