Jar of Flies + Infestation 2 is lowkey an amazing synergy. If your flies kill an enemy, you get a spider. If your spiders kill an enemy, you get a fly. If your tears kill an enemy, you get both. They feed into each other fantastically.

Because he had no way of knowing that was what he was going to get, and he threw away an interesting build that was going to get him to the goal he was aiming for. I like to watch Binding of Isaac videos to see the progression of items as they shape a run, full build rerolls are something I don't like because they disrupt that sense of progression.

The only problem I noted with the "synergy" was that his flies consistently killed things faster than the spiders or tears. So he was constantly out of flies. So rather than working in tandem with one another it was more like, "lose all flies quickly, spend a solid minute building them back up, lose them again quickly".

Ketsuekisan I stayed with her while she was sick for awhile (shes better now) and i watched him everyday like i do now and one day she asked me what i was watching so she watched NL with me and she loved it. NL, Meat Loaf DOES tell you what "that" is at the end of the song (at least at the end of the long version of that song.) He has a conversation with the lady who sings the final verse, and it goes: Lady: "Sooner or later you'll be screwing around--" Meatloaf: "NO, I WON'T DO THAT." Basically, Meatloaf says he'll do anything, except cheat on her. It's phrased really weirdly but yeah Meatloaf's come out and admitted that's what THAT is before because people got so confused.

Way, way, WAY back in the day when NL was still playing the original Binding of Isaac, there was an episode in which he picked up a card. Not a tarot card, one of those red and white cards which he called 'bicycle cards'. So, he went off on a tangent about why he called them bicycle cards - they're a brand of playing cards where he's from etc. etc. etc., and at one point he says something like: "Although, it could also be because when I was a kid, we'd put one of those cards on the wheels of our bicycles. That will get you...SO MUCH FOURTH-GRADER PUS*Y!" It took him a second to realize what he said and he laughingly tried to back-pedal, but oh god it was too late for me. You guys. I laughed until I was sick. I laughed until I couldn't breathe and my laughter didn't sound like laughter anymore but like some kind of weird...horror movie noise they play off screen in those GOOD horror movies where they don't want to show you the monster, but leave it up to the viewer's imagination and just tease you with glimpses and ultra-creepy, inexplicable noises. Just saying, but if you're not going to the chest anyway, "permanent polaroid invincibility" is a sucker deal. 90% of all solo bosses are cake to dodge. So, more of your hits will come in multi-enemy rooms. For that, nuking the room is more useful. The only time it's better to have polaroid is for beggars/donation machines, and you shouldn't be playing those when you're in the position where the photos trigger anyway.

Did they change the way full run rolls work to be more similar to how Antibirth does it? Used to be every item rolled for an Item Room pool item unless you had Chaos which as far as I remember he didn't while Antibirth rolled each item from a pool it's in (or maybe just the one you got it from if multiple), and he got a few pool exclusive items. If they did hopefully he gets back into the habit of taking every roll

You know that "new" room with the enemies that shoot diagonally and then crossways is admittedly very hard the first time you see it. But if he'd spend five seconds looking at the room rather than racing around randomly into bullets and just saying "I hate these enemies" he'd eventually get over it. Instead he's just going to let them sap three or four hearts from every run because he's literally so lazy he can't stand still for a literal second.
