Harry Guidotti Yep. I was playing as the lost and I HAD A BRIMSTONE!!! The Eyeball room screwed me over. And then the next run, I had rather mediocre items and strength, but I found Dead Cat, Guppy's Collar, Empty Vessel AND another guppy item. That..... was the luckiest run I could have ever gotten, to defeat the almighty Mega Satan with this glass joe spirit, (The Lost). And don't get me started on the boss rush.... uhhh..... Even Hush was easier in my opinion.

I know your pain. Angel rooms just never wanted to spawn for me when I played the Lost. I beat the game 5 times with half a key before I had a run where a 2nd angel room spawned. Keep at it, Tear! You'll get it.

+TearofGrace I dont know if you can read this but you can get the black market every time 1. go to the bedroom and hope there aren't any floor skips when you blow up the carpet 2. go all the way down to the floor and place a bomb next to the ladder 3. go back up but before you leave place a bomb on the ladder but close to the floor 4. go up the ladder 5. go back down and sit next to the bombs until they blow up if done correctly you will be off screen in the black part 6. avoid going in there again 7.just keep going right and you will be transported to the black market it worked in rebirth but idk if it works in afterbirth but I hope this works I love your vids they make me laugh and smile keep up your amazing work

I had sacred heart, moms knife, crickets head, inner eye and a ton of damage upgrades that I have forgotten about at this point. I had been using the d20 for about an hour and a half and when I was done I killed ultra greed before his damage resistance could even stop me. Needless to say, I was very pleased.

Here's a tip: If you can find a chaos card, immediately throw it at Mega Stan's head. This will immediately go to phase 2, skipping the Horsemen, Angels, Deadly Sins, and hands. From there you only need to deal 1,000 damage and you win.

You can do the angel fight twice when you have Goat head / The door does not disappear after leeaving. When you enter the room again, there is a new angel but no new Item. And according to your letter, you did the Lamb already. The Negative was red.

M80H NCHT This was the seed of the Blue Baby Run that i used to give Isaac the D6 (Pretty new player here). Anyways, it starts of with Mom's Knife and later on, if you go for Angel Deals, u get the Sacred Heart. Some cool Goodies wait for you later in the run, just try it, it's amazing (you get the Goat Head somewhere in the run).
